The business of a Co gets affected by the wrong decision of Top level employees, but during bad times, these top employees don't take the moral responsibility and put down their papers, its the junior guys who take the brunt !!
LETS HOPE THEY TAKE CARE OF THERE SUBORDINATE AND SHOW THIS GESTURE. BUT THE RAISE IS ABNOMALLY HIGH NO DOUGHT THEY ARE HARD WORKING WITH GOOD RESPECT IN THE SOCIETY. LET THE OTHER EMPLOYERS LEARN THE LESSION.ALL HAVE MADE GOOD MONEY EARLIER THEY SHOULD NOT BARK FOR RECESSION. GOD BLESS TATA'S. J.D.MATHUR 09352289934
In US , Obama Govt forced several top brass to forego their pay hike. In India, several people have lost their jobs both in organised & unorganised sectors, Even TCS slashed several jobs. And then such a huge hike ! I think Mamta was right : TATA as a good business group has lost their value. Otherwise how can one justify such a huge ineqality ?
TCS is known to be low paying co in IT sector . Instead of substantial pay hike for top brass , they should have given good increment to billable resources , finally they are the revenue generating machine for TCS .
while the young ones sweat and toil and support their family with reduced pay, while constantly threatened to be kicked out any day any hour, the top bosses make crores simply becos they were making crores. unjust !
Indeed an astonishing act as part of TCS. Instead of increasing the package at lower level they are going ahead with already higher paid personnel's. Who says there is a recession?
The top echleon at TCS gets payed high bucks are at the cost of people at the lower levels. For example TCS employees in Jersey City US for an Insurance company earn not more than 80k USD for the position of a Manager while a similiar position in the same org. would earn at least 20% more.
