Where did the money come to pay so much to these black tea drinking wallas, so much salary is secuirtity treat to India, these IT hunchos should be arrested now

After Cutting the salaries of middle level and lower level employees..from where did they get the money to hike the top managers...this is the pathetic conditions where people are made to work and the all hard work done by the youngters are enjoyed by the so called seniors without. Really speaking is the work done by these top managers work 4 Crores. All the IT Companies are making use of so called recession even though it has not affected India as it is projected so far. Shameful.
It is time for God to teach these buggers a lesson.

What is so shameful? TCS did not retrench anybody. Moreover, all the hard work by "youngsters" can be wasted if proper guidance by the good managers are not available. So there is nothing to crib.

This indicates that the talented people alone can attarct better remunerations for their efforts bring in the company the billions, every year. We should learn to respect talent and innovations and we should stop complaining about the remuneration packages offered to top Indian CEO's simply because they deserve it.

Were you complaining when IT industry was getting exorbitantly paid? Do you think it was the employees who fetched the revenues or was it really the top mgmt skill to sell Indian IT prowess? Did you ever complain that you were probably getting overpaid for the same batchelor degree and your brothers with B.E.Mech / Civil or even Electronics for that matter were getting paid just a 10% of your insane salaries and probably no perks whatsoever? Do you have moral right to whine now? Also, if you aren't happy, then show the guts to resign and start something on your own. Complaining is easier, assuming responsibilities is really tough, that separates a leader from follower and an employer from employee. Any comments?

wait a scond dear companies like vedanta groups,l&t bgives around 30-35k per month as freshers these are the core firms in which the recruiment is tough not like the it companies where recruiment is done like purchasing dozens and dozens of egg at a single time ...............grow up and talk with facts

What nonsense are you yapping maan?? You are a typical example of an educated illiterate who lets emotions cloud his judgement........

When you say that non-IT engineering guys were earning 10% of IT guys, either you are crazy or you are totally out of tune with pay packets in engineering sector..

Now for some facts........fresh engineering grads who join IT sector, earn abetween 15K to 25K per month........the lowest paying IT companies pay about 15K to 17K while the highest paying ones dole out 22K to 25K to fresh engineers...

Now, going by your logic, you are saying that engineers in L&T, Siemens, Cromption Graves, Cummins earn between Rs 1500 to Rs 2500 per month, which btw, is less than what BMC sweepers get....

Now you know how stupid you are????

I guess i don't need to say nething more!! never make a fool of yourself in a public blog cos there are lots of people out here who are well informed......

If you know the situation since 1995-96 till today, you won't have written this.
My close friend with B.E.Comp was drawing 22K in Bangalore in 1995. Do you have any examples like that in other Engg. streams? One of my friend is drawing almost 12Lac at the age of 33 with only his B.E.Comp background and experience. Do you have such examples with B.E. Mech - without any other specialisation? Be honest and talk sense. By the way, how old are you? You look too eager to pass comments and abusing people. Try to reason with logic. If other streams of engg were so well paying, then were they all fools who joined DOC courses or NIIT so that they could find better paying jobs? Please answer. I want to know how do you think logically. Passing comments is the easiest thing, isn't it?

You not only don't respect facts, you are highly illogical as your above post proves.....

I'am saying that IT and non-IT guys with similar work experience profiles., the difference in salary is is only about 30% at worst, at best, it is only marginal......

If you friend in IT is drawing 12 lakhs per annum at the age of 33, it means he has about 11 years of work ex in IT...people with 11 years of work ex in engineering in siemens earn about 10 lakhs per annum...the standard rule of thumb in most engineering companies is that you get approx the same as your work experience in numbers...I have one friend in Toyo engieering who is 1995 passout who is earning about 14 lakhs per annum....

Now tell me what examples do you have to substantiate your initial argument that non-IT guys earn 10% of what IT guys get??
I must now ask you, how old you are, cos you are making comments like a juvenile delinquent with an inferiority complex.......so, leartn to be logical otherwise, back it up with facts.......back up with facts that IT guys are earning 10 times more than engineering sector guys with same work ex.......
Btw, doing an evening NIIT or Aptech course is not the solution, how many of these actually get into IT??

So remember, making some arbitrary comments is very easy, backing it up with facts is quite tough!!

Dear Bhasmasur... you are real crook to say it. What yogesh is trying to say also has a point eventhough i too dont agree with him fully. Definetely IT sector enjoyed more than any other sector and they are the worst sufferes in this bad times. Its simply equation... if you are the mojor gainer on a gaining day..certainly you the major looser on a loosing day.. I hope now it makes sense to you.

Coming to camparision.. tell me how many engineers does L&T, Siemens, Crompton greaves recruits in a year compared to IT sector. As mentioned by you the lowest IT companies pay about 15K to 17K.. and lowest IT companies get lowest talented people from colleges (naturally i need not explain more on this). Now how many so called low talented people in Mechnical and civil are getting 15K to 17K as you mentioned.?/ pls let me know rakshas...

He does not have any point....all his points are based on an inferiorityc omplex and basic lack of respect of facts......

That is the issue and that is the only issue....when he says that non-IT guys don't make even 10% of what IT guys make, he makes two horrendous mistakes..

He overestimates the IT sector which is not exactly a paymaster...and he underestimates the engineering sector which pays quite well...

Btw, starting salaries in siemens, L&T are in the range of 20K to 25K for engineers.......which is more than what IT guys in Patni or Tata Infotech are getting......

what yogesh is saying is correct.L&T giving 20k to25k for engineers who have 8-10years of experience.compare the freshers paypacket of an ITeng. and other engineers.There is a big difference.That has made the market very bad.

there is no transparency in TCS. They dont give promotions to the eiligible candidates but hike their own salaries. Also covertly they are promoting some employees. Its bad management team sitting on top and nothing bad can ve expected
