Hats off to all the marwadis and Banya who has earned all these with their hardwork and determination. You people cant digest these successes.Because you never take courage to do business. you people always want everything in charity without putting even single efforts for your bread and butter.Kab tak Marwadis and Banyas ke Rahmo karam tak Jiyoge. Kab apan Wajood Khud Banavoge.Agar barabari nahi kar sakte to kam se kam unse sikh to sakte ho.Agar Ambani ne gift diya hai to uski mehnat ke paise ka diya hai, kahi se chori karke nahi. Business require passion which people like you lack.People like you always expect some kind of charity from MARWADIS and BANYAS. "Copy cat Chor" Kahne se pahle ye to sochna tha, ki tum to Woh bhi banne ke layak nahi hue. Rahi baat Inventors, visinories and Creater, the some of all is equal to a Marwadi Business man who uses his creativity from the labour like you. He sets the vision to make innovation from the cheap labour like you. He does inventions by hiring cheep labour like you. Hope this will motivate you to do business and contribute to the indian economy. STANDING ON THE LEGS,GAZING AT THE SKY,HOW WILL YOU REACH< IF YOU NEVER TRY

Not just PAwar, but all politicians of India. We keep fighting amongst ourselves for BJP, Congress etc and waste our time
A few days ago, in Rediff, there were postings of the poor salaries for the TCS staff and poor HR policies. Let's take another example - Reliance. In Reliance, the employees and shareholders, other stake-holders are together called the Reliance family. Now when the talk of employee salaries crop up - the management says that the salaries are comparable with "the best in the industry". Vaman Kamath of ICICI had said the same about the salaries of his staff a few months ago - "comparable with the best in the industry".
Tell me something, Mr. Ambani, Mr. Vaman Kamath, Mr. Ratan Tata. When it comes to increasing your toplines, do you say that the industry standard for growth is just 10%, so we will just grow by 10% and dare not grow by 15%. Do you ever say that ? You want to be the number one (and not industry standards) as far as your toplines and bottomlines are concerned. There you do not apply any %u201Cindustry standard%u201D. How hypocritical.
Mr. Anil & Mukesh Ambani - your children - dont they wear the best of clothes ? dont they eat the best of foods ? dont they drive in the best of cars - dont they live in palatial houses ? dont they get the get the best of education ? They do and only because of the fact that they are your children. When you say "the reliance family" why dont you apply the same logic to it's employees (I am talking about employees at lower levels, not the few top guns who ear in crores) - dont they deserve more than the industry standard just b

Hi Roy.. You are talking about Reliance staff... FYI, about 60% of staff of reliance group is contractual and they are paid in pennies. only those who are working on company roles, get good perk. few yrs back, they started some sister concerned companies and these contractuals were taken on that role and then only their salary structures were revised

When you say "the reliance family" why dont you apply the same logic to it's employees (I am talking about employees at lower levels, not the few top guns who ear in crores) - dont they deserve more than the industry standard just by virtue of being a part of the "Reliance Family"?. Don%u2019t they ?
The Indian companies have raised salaries for staff in the past 2-3 years only because of the fact that BPOs started paying higher salaries to their staff. These Indian companies did not want to lose their staff and hence, they followed the BPOs and raised salaries. It is not because they had a change of heart. Mr. Kamath and Mr. Ambani %u2013 the BPOs gave more than your %u201Cbest in the industry standards%u201D. They showed you the way. How unfortunate ?
Creation of wealth by itself is not a recipee for success. Success of an economy is not measured just in terms of wealth/per capita income. There should be a good amount of goods and services produced and utilized for development, which is reflected in GDP and GDP growth.
Like I said earlier, hypothetically even if all these wealth creators just give away their wealth, poverty will not vanish. Thats why I said wealth needs to be put to use for investment or development. Charity of giving away for free will not solve all problems, unless the same is utilized for future development and improvement.
For example the Ambanis or Tatas can live on thier wealth, and do not need to grow or build further, but whey do they have growth ambitions ? Simply because idle money loses its value over time. It takes decades to build a thousand crore empire, but if its not maintained well it would lose all value in a couple of years.
For development to take place, in addition to wealth/money one requires to build infrastructure, connectivity, education, empowerment, entrepreneurship, quality skills and a healthy competition.

Right now we have plethora of billionaires but majority of Indians live a pathetic life.
rich getting richer poor getting poorer.
Price of living a decent middle class life is GETTING OUT OF REACH OF THE AAM AADMI.
throw these billionaire OUT who are becoming FAT CATS at the cost of millions of common Indians through monopoly practices.
Look at China, buys 6 million cars versus 1.1 million for India it means wealth is distributed more equally. NOT EVEN A SINGLE BILLIONAIRE IN CHINA !
The billionaires have the responsibility to give back to society, because its only the people (customers, employees, public, vendors, government) which play a greater role in their success. Some of these rich tycoons do share thier success by being socially responsible.
The wealth can be utilized for social development like charity, upliftment of have nots, helping differently abled and old people, build school & hospitals (nominal, affordable, not business oriented, give scholorships, etc. These are the social or charitable ways to give back.
Other ways to give back include investing in rural areas, developing business in rural markets, investing or encouraging innovation in science/technology. In addition encourage enterpreneurship in 2nd and 3 tier towns and villages by incubating small and medium enterprises. Design self-employment schemes, invest in poor students (who have great potential), help farmers and small agriculturalists to improve farm output, buy food/food related produce from rural farms at market rates to help them raise money on stocks, buy arts/carfts from local artisans, educate/sponsor education for children of lower level employees of the company.
