One doesn't have to reside in India to be an Indian. From legal standpoint, you are Indian if you have Indian passport irrespective of your place of residence. From cultural standpoint, you are Indian if you are rooted in Indian culture, irrespective of any passport or other legal requirements.......makes sense?

Laxmi Mittal is a British national not Indian.
so nothing to be happy.
India is ranked 96 out of 119 countries among the developing nations.

common and poor trapped by big bizness men
by mike on Nov 15, 2007 07:59 PM  | Hide replies

righly pointed. and such a proud moment for us indian to see that our man ambani and mittal
scoring head and shoulder above others nationals in becoming rich and wealthy. We indian should we not BE SO PROUD of them as one among us. How we are cheated and trapped by this wealthiest and wealthiest of all of us. Take for eg. Ambani and Sunil Mittals. They bring in mobile to ur hands and it is so cheap. As an when this mobile are increased day by day in the hands of poor and commoner, they think, MAN so Cheap! lets use the the service , the call rates are so less, AND MAN THIS BIZNESS MAN is laughing ALL THE WAY TO THE BANKS, TAKING good amount of ur hard earned money from u and me. the money which should been dutifully spend for ur household needs and for ur child, is now being SIFTED to this Telecom giants. Why could u not have tried and invested that small
fortune for u to do business and grow up. STOP THIS NONSENSE and see this rich will GO BEGGING and you in turn start become richer. High Time, my friends. Do i Sound like a Socialist. By why in this earth we are allowing this people like telecom giants and media giants, to become rich. when we ourselves can stop this ROT in us. Cant we have our life without TELEVISION AND MOBILE PHONES. Brothers, urp, SISTERS u too, stop this VULGARIY of OVER usage of Phones and Television, and get on with your own work AND BUSINESS, AND SEE FOR URSELF u will be changed with a gr8 confidence to become a rich yourself.

HOPE,TRUST,CONFIDENCE
CONFIDENCE:
1 Day all villagers decided to pray for rain.
On the day of prayer all people gathered & only one boy come with umbrella. THAT'S

CONFIDENCE.

TRUST:
Trust should be like feeling of a 1 year old baby, when you throw him in the air, he

laughs....because he know you will catch him...

HOPE:
Every night we go to bed, have no assurance to get up alive in the next morning but still we

have many plans for coming day...

Every human is priceless. You can't put a value on human life. L Mittal is a Brit. His son said so in no uncertain terms.

wonder what the list will look like with Mittal's name off the list. I agree that he should not be considered "Indian".
