After standing in the q for 2 hours, able to go inside for self cash - Got 90% of money of Rs.2000 notes and only 10% Rs.100- which bank says shortage of notes of 100,50,20,10 - How can we get change for Rs.2000 when small denominations are in shortage - Really complete goof up by RBI for not providing the sufficient currency
Have been in Q this Sunday to get 4000 exchanged. 15-20 mts all that it took. Yes in SBI Q you can figure out people being made to deposit/withdraw cash on proxies , and these touts too can be seen easily...putting ink should help to ease out the situation

Queues will vanish, once the indelible ink is put on people standing in queue...I have seen same peson coming agaian and again into ICICI and the bank turning them away... Now they cannot come back again to help black money to white money.. Govt is smarter than Rediff...
Dear Radiff, Highlights the step taken by the government for taking every step to exchange/deposit/withdraws of high value notes, and don't highlight the crises story of the people. These situation is temporary.
Black money are not deposited in Bank but are converted into Gold -buying property like -shop-office-gala- financing money to poor on interest basis- only fool will deposit huge amount of money in bank. govt should catch those people who are having gold-properties and not common man. What a bold step has been taken those who were questioning regarding the black money with Gov. Now get disturbed due to failure of their cheating mission. Common people is ready to bear the problem for the nation but black money hoarders should not be escaped.
