The first bold step to root out black money has been taken, even though i believe it is only half a step. We should be willing to bear with the govt and make some sacrifices. What one sees in the media is a magnified version of some facts. People who have loads of black money naturally criticise the initiative. Let us all put up with some difficulties for a few days, and of course, hope for the best.
Almost no que for cheque withdrawal, withdrew 10,000/ with cheque, they gave 4 notes of 2000/- and 2 bundles of rs 10/-. Also took 20min for cash exchange of rs 4000/-. This is in Vasco. Goa. Bankers are doing good job.
I stood for 30 mins to deposit my money and withdraw Rs 10,000 immediately. As all notes were of Rs 2,000, so I stood another 30 mins to withdraw Rs 2,000/-
Happy atleast some or other way I have contributed for my country.
Definitely I stood for 3 hrs to get Rs2500 from ATM, but this is not a crisis. No body is complaining this is problematic. Only some politicians and media criticising and making he and cry.
