Re: Should make Arvind Kejriwal as roll model for removing corrup
by ramaswamy sunderrajan on Jul 31, 2013 09:14 AM
Arwind Khejriwal and Khemka are minority. There must be more of them.If the IAS group can stand solidly against corruption by the politicos......, the IAS system will be abolished.Ha Ha Ha
We do know that it will be a herculean task to erase corruption in a day. But 66 years have passed since independence and we r continuously having more dosages of corruption every day. I only request the IAS achievers to remain sincere & honest in their public life. We have seen so many IAS toppers in jail today due to involvement in corruption. Once selected in IAS, we promise so many things but it will be like walking on a thorny path during the course of carrier. Even if 90% of bureaucrats remain honest during their service tenure, Corruption can definitely be erased in a day.

Unfortunately the 90% remain the other way leaving only the 10% to bear the torch of honesty and probity to sink into official obituary columns
Collective patriotism among us can remove the corruption easily. Parents and teachers are having the important role for removing the corruption from our society and they have to be role models for their younger generations. Let us try to make awareness about problems of corruption to everyone around us (family members, friends, etc.,). Collective patriotism is very important to remove the corruption easily and quickly from our society.
The society or country with so many positive thinking people will be succeeded after some failures.
The society or country with so many negative thinking people will never achieve success.
In fact, India and other developing countries have so many negative thinking people that is we have not developed. We are egoist as individuals but NOT as society that is the reason we always criticize ourselves without doing something good for our society.
But the start can be made any day! There are methods which have already proved their efficacy in Russia and China. Unfortunately, the change does require bloodshed and cruelty and loss of fundamental rights. But, unless something like that is done, we shall never see the end of corruption. Let it come down in line with some other countries, atleast. And that requires a START.
Young meritorious entering civil service does it better if they realise that they are luckiest for they got an opportunity among many and it is the greatest opportunity to have your mark on the current future lives of the society. how you utilise the opportunity is very much in your hands. you can be like late Sri SR Sankaran of AP cadre or the corrupt lot cursed by God.
Whole Humanity is hypocrite, and Whole Indian Society is Corrupt, Every body loves easy money and there is no fear of anti corruption laws in general. Fixation is possible only with use of a Strong BAMBU and People like Narendra Modi can do it.

You are perhaps right about the BAMBU. If only Modi would say that 2002 Gujarat pogrom was a sad mistake and that it will not ever be allowed again in future, this country would install him as our PM for next 25 years. He did not have to use the BAMBU in 2002 and thereafter for development and progress of Gujarat.So.

Doesn`t the "whole humanity" include all of us? Then why you and I and many others are what we are without that BAMBU?
