Today I saw IIT Bombay at 225 world Rank why?.First Indians not ready to change fast. Ready to follow existing systems only. Change from IIT onwards must and need fast. Revamp the teaching,make them with world culture not UP,MH or India.I say all Engg teachers should have Industry experience of 3 to 5 years.India technicians help more for innovation than Engrs due to bookish approach. The so called IIT deep understanding is nothing in practical field and is of no use to Industry. How many innovations IITs brought to Industry?.Universities are paper guys in India which is to be changed. Only practical and useful study will make a good society.Due to lack of practical mind, decision making, innovation, growth etc going down. We need big change in education - Technical is one of them. Do not blame students, but system which require major changes.

Dont expect from PAID DEGREE HOLDER. Management quata is more than Merrit now a days.
And Quata sys(sc/stc etc/u cant expect much where Caste is main than quality.
Now a days Education is most profilable businees .That why Construcation company,Insurance company open college and Giving degree by Managemant quatta and All we know MANAGEMENT QUOTA is what???

the emphasis on teaching is purely theoretical in India and teachers are more concerned about the passing of students rather than the application of what they are teaching. i have seen lots of indians serving in multi national companies, though they have good english communication skills but they really find themselves in a fix when asked about application of what they learnt in schools.
