Plan for collecting the agriculture produce at least cost , let the farmers get a fair price ,finally hope the quantity you sell to the people is the quantity they paid for . Most of the time - we have cheating rampant in veg.market .Weight and measures department - they vanish faster than bolt.

IM student selling vegetables?

Nothing unusual about a Bihari or persons from UP selling vegetables and milk. You come across them practising this vocation in almost all market places in Mumbai

You need education to understand his project. I think his Prof from IIM Ahmedabad is not an idiot to support his venture and hope the officers in PNB bank who has given him 50 Lacs loan are not idiots. Ofcourse you have Biharis full in Mumbai who sell vegatables and other necessary items. Have you ever thought that these biharis support your everyday logistics in Mumbai. they do the manual work selling vegetables and bringing milk for you and your family which helps you to control your everyday's cost. Hence please think a moment and understnad his business model. Nothing worng to see if once can help one's state to prosper. Another thing I want to mention you is that the Biharis are very learned person. Please find from the UPSC office at Delhi that statistics say that most IAS, IPS officers are from Bihar. Hope I have help you to rethink on the Biharis. Also kinldy note that the person is a topper at IIM in his batch who even cannot converse properly in english.

Dear Mr.Nagarajan
Why do you make foolish and irrelevent comments. As a tamil who lived in Bihar most of his younger days,I would be proud to be called a Bihari. You have no knowledge of the talent of a bihari. You go by ignorance and cliche.

Vegetable supply chain

It is a very informative article. Please develop the same system for other agricultural produce. Probably Bihar can redesign the network for distribution of foodgrains to ensure that these are not wasted for want of buyers or proper warehouses. This needs to be replicated at the district level in all states. Organised availability of retail produce, be it vegetables or food grains, will in the end benefit the producer and the end user, to ensure that reasonable prices are charged for the produce.

Please re-see the movie yourself and find it out what the theme of the movie was. Also read the interview again & again about the person as to what he gained from studying at IIM.

I thought that I have seen big 1d10ts, but you seem to be topping them all. Do you even know what a degree in management is all about? MBAs are not created to only run existing businesses, but also use ideas to create enterprises. Please go and read about management before stroking the keyboard wildly
