ha ha ! just joking - you see the article condemns each and every food item to stay healthy -crazy article by rediff
The author has only indicated that these foods cause weight gain. This information is very useful to those who have an inclination to reduce their weight. This information is a general one and those who are underweight and normal weight need not be concerned, go ahead and enjoy till you reach the obese border.

No Sweet, No Salt, No Protein , No Carbohydrates , No Fat , No Water , No Solids. I wish I could punch the author in the face. Don't go by these suggestions. Eat what you like , Excercise (Atleast 1/2 to 1 hr of brisk walking everyday) and Be Happy. You may want to keep Fat foods/sweets for an occasion but don't avoid any of these foods.
What fun you will have in this world to live long if you avoid all those food mentioned in the article. It is better to die early that live longer with these foods
Oh god what cooked food human can eat - author please suggest ? No fruits, No Juice, No NV, No rice, No wheat, No Veg any new inventions please !!!!!!!!!!
