What else?
by Santa on Sep 04, 2011 11:09 AM

What else should we avoid eating? One fine morning, rediff would publish that we are supposed to eat only "grass", to avoid gaining those extra calories. However, there would be another catch here. Never eat green grass, only dry grass is allowed.

and Rediff has missed a point totally.

Rather you should specify the calorie of each food and subsequently the work the eater has to do to burn those calories off.

Rather than advising not to eat , advise them to tire after eating these and that.

I have seen people (laborers eating junk) and yet due to their work u find them trim and brisk ... similarly with people in defense.
