No...personal is the correct answer. Please consider the question in its totality. The application addressed to the "personal" manager for a position in English would NOT fetch the job.
Had the application been addressed to the "personnel" manager, it could have fetched a job for the candidate.

Absolutely right,'personal' doesn't fit .Otherwise,I managed all 15,pretty straightforward stuff.

PERSONAL MANAGER IS RIGHT. BCZ GRAMMTICLY AS WEL AS LOGICALLY ALSO IT'S FITTING....IF U CONTACT "PERSONAL" MANAGER OF A COMPANY..WHO IS NORMALLY NOT IN T HR DEPT.,,,IT'S CONSIDERED UNPROFESSIONAL N HENCE THR R CHANCES THAT U'D BE REJECTED. NOT SURE OF THEIR EXPLANATION OF "PERSONNAL" THOUGH!
