The author by stating that the manager who is looking after personnel is called personal manager is wrong. Personal refers to one's person and personnel is about other people.Please correct this misconception.

Right, the author reversed the meaning. The meaning he explained refers to personnel

I find that there is some doubt in the use of 'personal' and 'personnel'. I think the writer may have made a mistake in the use of these two words.

I do like this kind of test, and thank the writer for this trouble.

Why Application Letter? Just APPLICATION is enough.
It is like PAN NUMBER, which is so commonly used.

The correct answer for Q.No. 12 should be "a" not any other.The author of the quiz programme and rediff should hang their head in shame.
