Please note that this is not for grown ups but children of 12 yrs old.They are fit for working but will be fit for this as per this govt.
Whatever may the age group the sex offenders should be punished. The indulging age group beetween 12-14 should be punished. This should not be legalised. This should not be legalised. The children will think that they are not punishable inspite of indulging in sexual activities. In any case girl child is at loss. Later on pregnancy may also lead her into untold miseries. I totally disagree with the above proposal. Please stop. SUBBA RAO

cong is making way for rahuls pleasures.... might be his village travel is inducing him to do that.. after govt is their ancestoral property
It is absurd to talk of "decriminalsing" 12 year olds.In recent times there were many reports of boys of this age circulating the "consensual" acts with their partners on moblies or internet.

And if you send those kids to jail do you think it will stop? these are the times we live in, eventually the mms clips will not be a life shattering issue.
