Once company decided to scale down employees, they look for reason. Whoever finds, with reason, will be given pink sleep to achieve their workforce reduction.
If the issue is not very serious: ================================ If they really want to one's weakness in certain aspect, company has to track their performance for three months, under atleast three leaderships(managers). Finally, they can take a call to pink slip, based on three managers. I found two organisation out of three failed to do proper analysis before giving pink slip.
i use to see in papers infosys says once we are young company, average age 25, now old like that these it companies start using all management tools now , these are all old practice in other companies it is age old practice, so nothing new, it may be new to IT COMPANIES , for manufacturing, trading and other export import , organisation we are seeing this from the beginning,
