Reasons To Be Sacked.
by mrutyunjaya mohapatra on Dec 31, 2011 09:41 PM  | Hide replies

If you are not a part of the systematic way of corruption that exists in all organizations you are likely to be denied of your legitimate benefits and you are likely to be sacked no matter how efficient you are.

FOR EXAMPLE, I NEEDED A DUST COLLECTOR FROM A PRIVATE WASHING MACHINE COMPANY; HE GAVE ALL WRONG NUMBERS/ADDRESSES AS THEIR REPRESENTATIVES. THIS IS PRIVATISATION. DEALERS DIRECT ME TO GO CITI MARKET/SP ROAD BANGALORE TO GET THE SAME. THIS IS PRIVATISATION. IRRESPONSIBLE

a 25 yr old if given a posiotion a SDM... first fire the HR... then the MANAGEMNT for giving such position to a 25 yr old... the guy is not mature enough... he may be technically very good but the maturiy to lead a team / execute a project.. can't expect a 25 yr old to do that... it was not his fault....

You are definitely jealous!

If he can do the job and deliver results, his age should not be an issue!

Simple Point to Observe
by abc_xyz abc_xyz on Dec 27, 2011 11:56 AM

Read the 1st point and thats good enough a resaon to get you fired. The rest are just there to make numbers. In this cut-throat competition only technical skills matter. If you are technically good, no matter what crap you do at work (like browsing, stealing stationery, coming late, leaving early, criticizing bossm, showing attitute, insulting fellow colelagues etc etc), you will be rewarded..as you generate profits for the comany. If you aren't technically sound, even though you follow the other 16 points religiously, you will be shown the door.

The bottomline: Every company works for profits, and if you are a liability, you are out.

There are only 2 reasons that can kill an organistaion -
by Pat Thakur on Dec 27, 2011 10:53 AM

a) Adamancy & High Handedness of Top Brass:
Good example is Enron. They did everything except work. All the money was blown by Top Brass in unnecessary show-off, womanising, fund siphoning etc.

b) Politics & Brow Beating of Working Class:
The Top Brass stealthily fills cadres (till grass-root level) with their relatives, friends, acquaintances, girl/boyfiends etc. These people then make groups & start playing politics, pulling other people's legs. Meanwhile, they're doing behind-the-curtain jobs for their Godfathers/Godmothers & getting rewarded amply first in apprasials, then with posts. As a result, all really desrving peopel leave the organistaion & one day, infighting forces the organisation to shut down. Reason? Only Expenditure but Now Work/Income.
