Some of the reasons of the above are not may be the reason to sack an employee. e.g.complaining about boss, if one has to complain about boss HR should listen to him. But in these so called well professional companies today HR people are not concern about Jr employees they will not listen to employees instead they will take side of he bosses.
In 2002 I was worked with a Company M/s Jain TV,The Managing Director is Dr. J.K. Jain, Director Mr. Ankur Jain etc. This company has cheated almost their employess and they are not given salary almost three months to me and my friends lost 6 months. This is one biggest cheated company I had worked. Here is no threating for loosing jobs.
In 2002, my project manager assigned some task in the morning, blasted me in the evening asking the result of an unassigned task. After this incident, I requested the manager to record all the activities assigned to me. He complaine to the HR saying that I am instructing him to giv everything in writing. The HR manager instructed his deputy to shout at me and I kept quiet. Later I was given the pink slip and they entered in their records as resigned. The name of the company is Global Edge Software Limited, PM was Vinayaga Murthy, HR manager was D M Kiran, HR deputy was Sujendra. A set of legal notices were served, yet to receive any response. The chairman of this company is M P Kumar who (at that time) was Karnataka State BJP secretary. These companies follow a simple rule, "If they want, they will retain you else you will be shown the door". Friends keep this in mind. There is no professionalism practised in these companies.
