I should have listened to my parents
by Thomas on Nov 18, 2010 10:15 AM

I have learned that oppertunities comes always. But what I am still learning is the timing.I have pursed a great career in a great country but was not wise enough to give my parents grandkids in their time. Oh how I wish I could get those days.

I was studying in school. and he was my classmate. As we both were shortest, we sed to sit in same row, front row.I never had courage to say i liked him. His house was on the way to school. After that year he left school, i did not have courage to knock on the door, so did not talk to him after that. Today i am happily married. Its almost been 27 years, but i still remember him, his desk, funniest part is, he liked to chew the ends of the pencils. I used to give him my pencils to do that. I still have some of those, i dont know why. May be what people say is true, you cannot forget your first love.

Do not regret.
by Raj Reddy on Nov 17, 2010 09:31 PM

I understand the subject....

The point then would be do you look back or look forward. Time does not stop, you can keep regretting what you didn't do or did.... or get hold of yourself and make it happen now. What is stopping you other than the regret.
