I do suffer from insomnia, but whenever I try these those days I sleep well... 1. Following the same routine, going to bed at 9.30, waking up at 6.30AM no matter what. Even if you dont sleep 1 or 2 days, from 3rd day you will sleep well. Even If you sleep well, wake up at the same time :-) 2. 1/2 an hour walk or exercise in the gym, doing it in the eve is better. May be from 6 - 6.30PM 3. 15min Pranayam or meditation, inhaling and exhaling with rhythm 4. Around 9.00PM, if I read some book, recently I started reading Siddhartha by Herman Hesse :-), after a page or two, I felt so sleepy.. 5. To control your thoughts all the above things help nicely, esp the workout is the best medicine to clear your thoughts.

Pick those books which u hated looking at during college....it should be obnoxiously fat, contain lot of scary derivations with unknown symbols..it also should not have any diagrams.....ahmm...that is it....ur sleep disorder would be fixed...i fixed mine so..(grin)

hav u ever heard that a farmer is sufferring from insomnia or a labour is sufferring from insomnia...Sleep happens only when ur body gets tired...If u not filling sleepy in the night thats because u r too lazy and through out the day u hav not done enogh work so that ur body requiers recharge... hav a hard day u dont hav take any peel or yoga or do anything... Just go to bed lie down in a relaxed position and u will fall asleep..MOST tried & tested method through decadeds......

its not totally true.. sometimes when you are very very tired too & yr body is in pain, u cant fall asleep..
