Simultaneously, she even subjected him to face an enquiry by the Women Police Cell where also she couldn’t go beyond a point even after she alleged everything under the sun – without evidence of course – including the shameless act of telling the policeman that he (the proletarian) had “demanded” her to do a blowjob on him to which he simply kept quiet!

We have not heard the last on this score yet, as I understand she has decided to file a writ against him in the court of law, which in all probability will be taken up after the summer vacations.

Therefore, if it is the noble intention of everybody – both male and female – to give protection to the aggrieved, it should be impartial to the core. The law, which is projected as being blind while impartially delivering its judgement, should be gender-blind in this regard and there should be enough protection for everybody – both male and female and perhaps the stray eunuch too! May be there should be separate laws for the elite-educated and not so very educated working class. The more educated you are, the more crooked one’s mind can get and vice-versa!

The male chatter happened to belong to the working class and she – a Professor, a self-styled intellectual elite. The cruellest cut being they were both employed in the same organization, in the same building! Although they both belonged to the same ethnic background what came in between them (in her opinion) was their apparent difference in rank. To this hot, lewd, frustrated woman who had no compunction in indulging in randy talk behind the cyber curtain, the moment she realized the reality, her professional rank took the lead and she decided to “teach” the proletarian the “lesson of his life”. Since the laws of the land and the so-called operation manual of a “sexual harassment enquiry” is totally in favour of the fairer gender, she has been subjecting the poor guy to enormous mental torture. But he has been manfully facing it with the help of a superior Power called Almighty over the past four years. During this torrid period he had to face an apparent one-sided enquiry committee of his institution which is still stuck in the sands of time whether to deliver the death blow in black and white or not, worried as they are whether their pathetically partial act would stand judicial scrutiny, if and when it is taken to the court of law by the aggrieved proletarian. Sexual harassament at work place
by swami pudipeddi on Jun 21, 2010 05:31 PM  | Hide replies

Why work place? It is prevalanet every where. In the ques waiting for Darshan in a temple, bus stops/shelters, roads, schools, colleges and way to these. Those who are protesting are less and even they protest and report to police the further action, fine by courts do not deter them. Those who are not subject to harassment are fortunate enough. Pre martial sex is no more a taboo thanks to the divas/celebrities of the silver screen and other people who fight for the women welfare. Child marriage to an aged person is an abuse. Even after attaining majority if a girl of 20/21 old is married to person of 50 or 60s after that fellow lost wife is not an abuse. What conjugal pleasure that fellow can offer to the young girl? Why not such people search for an aged woman or a widow to pay company? Who can guarantee the humane behaviour?

spot on... but who cares..

In fact all those woman activists who preach for social justice are actually encouraging pre-marital sex and other maliases that can eventually plunge the society into utter chaos..

What is wrong, if a man earns and a woman raises the kids. No woman is dealt injustice as widow pensions are in place and as widow remarriages gaining social acceptance.

Woman empowerment in independent India is following undesired & dangerous paths and would eventually lead to social unrest, disparity, social unrest among others..

But as you put it..

Who can guarantee the human behavior???
