Sexual harassment at work place
by lakshman gopalan on Jun 21, 2010 04:31 PM  | Hide replies

It has become common at work place that females fall victims to their bosses sexual desires. In olden days, women used to stay at home and husband use to take care of family well being with whatever he earns out of his profession or occupation. In those days, the entire family was content with whatever they possess. Now-a-days, women has to be blamed entirely for the ill-treatment or harassment meted out to them as they are not contented with their husband's income. As long as women stays at home looking after household chores, they are revered and admired by one and all.

What you said is an absolute truth, whether one likes it or not.

I infact doubt the veracity of this article and the integrity of the columnist, who happens to be a female.

Sexual Harrassment at the workplace
by caruthedath gopalakrishnan on Jun 21, 2010 04:00 PM  | Hide replies

First of all, what is "sexual harassment" should be clearly defined and displayed at all workplaces where men and women work together. And the probable punishment one will face both from the courts and from the employers themselves like summary dismissal, etc.

It is not always possible for a victim to provide a witness to the incident as perhaps only the two people (victim and the person inflicting the crime) will be available. In that case what evidence will be called upon for a decision especially when it is a sexual harrassment verbally.

This is indenceny in a work place. Keep ur romance outside office. My saying: be a saint inside the office.
if ur morals does'nt restrict u,then u can be a sinner outside, but definetely not in the work place

Working women against law of nature
by Sharad Gupta on Jun 21, 2010 03:56 PM  | Hide replies

Nature has created man to earn and women to consume it (for the welfare of family). In this country of Scarcity of jobs, its inhuman to have Two salaries in one family and no salary in another.
Certain Areas Like Nursing , teaching, house keeping etc should be reserved for women where as the rest shd go to men.

Why keep teaching and nursing in particular for women? Do you mean to say that all brainy jobs should go to men? Do you want to say and can you convincingly state that all jobs where intellect is required should go to men and thereby saying that men are more intelligent then women?!!! You need to get to a shrink.
