The fact that indian govt giving subsidies to muslim for hajj is not on basis of religion or good dead, by that they want to show to saudi arabia that see how we help indian muslim and by showing it later we can have good relationship with saudi govt and can get benefit in terms of oil import. so there is no favor. i hope u get it.

I am very happy to see a new beginning in Kashmir. Focus on constructive progress. Kashmir needs it very much. Try to make the youth believe that the present generation if for progress, forget the stories of hatred told by the fathers and forefathers. For the youth of today living in the present is the solution. Forget the past.
If only ability and knowledge is entertained irrespective of religion and cast, I am sure we will have a better India tomorrow.

Dear, Administrators can't bring "new beginning in Kashmir"..They r puppets in the hands of men in PArliament...so dont expect anything NEW from Mr faisal...After 20-30 years may be he will be involved with some form of corruption IF India remains as such...

I think the basis of electing LEADERS is wrong--it will definitely bring corruption...We used have young-educated LEADER like Rajiv gandhi but what happened??? He too involved with corruption & scandals--latest one is ANDERSON escape...hence I dont want to become leader,I want to be just HONEST CITIZEN of India who expects its govt to deliver goods in return of OUR TAX PAYER's money...

United India,

Keeping in mind the views suggested by you, UPSC has changed its syallabus from next year... from next year there would only one paper of reasoing ability... so UPSC is trying to eliminate the difrnc of marks which an ordinary commerc/arts gradute gets and the marks of sum1 from techincal field.... this is going to ensure fair treatment...

Now from 2012 onwards there will be only one common paper in mains for all candidates and also the age is going to be fixed upto 25 years...

So all these changes will rectify ur greviances for sure and u will feel more confident and secure...

Nobdy in a democratic setup can electd themslvs.. had it been the case, me and u would have been a politician today...

Lets coime to your further query regarding the way to change. In my opinion it would be better if ppl like you shud come in main stream politics, join media, beaurocracy, judiciary etc...

Why m I saying this coz u have felt the pain and u understnd the griveance of a common man very well plus u have got a sense of thinking lus u r sensible so why not u....................

And here u means people like u not just u... meaning therby those poeple who have a zeal to change and who think in a right way.....

I guess that would be a better option... but before that start writing and disemminate ur view and opinion about a better society to the mass....

Once start getting recognitn, go for a mass protest...

But first think start writng and spreading ur views... may be u would not be welcomed by the peiople having " chalta hai" approach but still u will get proper attention for a just cause..

Sir,

I have seen tht movie... Now as u are saying that Hero became Villain at last and he was the MOST EDUCATED & INTELLECTUAL in the beginning of the MOVIE.....

So just think once why he became like that.... He became like tht just to free this society from those evils who are curse to us....The one who were playing foul and doing dirty politics were killed by thmm.... in same way let the right minded intellectuals join the administratn and m sure they will kill these politicans who are curse to us... Blv me..

ATULji,
YES WE WANT CHANGE..The change of the SYSTEM of electing the GOVERMENT!!!
No atulji,u note down the fine prints of the MOVIE..the way Ranbir kapoor trying to FREE the SOCIETY is PURELY based on his SELFISH needs rather than SOCIETY!!! See how Katrina Kaif DEMANDING VOTES from the common people TO AVENGE the KILLING of HER husband...EVERYONE aspires to HOLD the POWER for their OWN selfish NEEDS...What happened to Ranbir's Intellectualty???Finally HE too became SELFISH for his OWN FAMILY's BENIFIT in the name of rooting out EVIL...This is how Intellectuals Intellectualty r eliminated in OUR SOCIETY & following the system...

United India,

What u r referring as more numbers are just peanuts...

Let me give u an example... everywhr atleast 20 thousand highly skilled guys clear iit and other medical examination and also include IIM's in that..

Furthr, everywhr u will see maximum seats which is notified by UPSC is around 1000...

Now as per u 70 percnt comes from IIT, IIM or from medical or from law fields.... which means 700 students...

So whats wrng if out of 20000, 700 are cuming in administratibe services... this is not a large number rather just peanuts...

Still 19000 are thr to serve the society in thier own areas...

Welcome thm bro and expct thm to do beter for the society and our people

Atul ji,
U r NOT getting my POINT...My point is very clear---No doctors-engineers-scientists or ANY PERSON should enter ADMINISTRATION just by clearing UPSC exams by toiling HARD & after selection live peacefully EVER after EVEN at the COST of country's benifit!!!
ADMINISTARTION POSTS should be NOMINATED one by the CITIZENS of India...For exg,in the field of science--FROm DISTINGUISHED SCIENTISTS having WORK experinece in their field, in the FIELD of COMMERCE-from a distinguised PERSON having COMMERCE background & WORK experience...in this way...AND the watchdog should be PEOPLE of INDIA...This will root out corruption too...
Even if GOOD people enter by way of present system, THEY will be MADE CORRUPT by THE SYSTEM...Hence I am of the opinion to change the SYSTEM as a whole...

Brother,

M getting ur point very well... what u r saying is admirable but the problm is tht its not feasible....

What u r suggesting is not something new rather we do it in case of electing politicians.....do u see in any change whn u elect thmm...

So in the same way u wont find any chnge by electing administrators....

Furthermore, it is not possible to elect 1000 administrators every year... India doesnt boast or show off 1000 exprncd talents every year... Therefore, in my opinion open competitn is best
