when all these IAS toppers actually get into the real field work become diffrent.Very few strictly follow the rules of Law. OUR country will be a diffrent nation only if all these IAS officers stop saluting to the politicians and go by the rule of law.If a country of our size has to change ,not neccessary that crores of people should change.Suffice All the IAS officers are vigilant and honest.IS THIS POSSIBLY pRay GOD for this.
What ever be his mantra for success in topping the merit list, will be his last achievement ! Soon he will be trained on the mantra for success in life in the IAS Acadamey- Have no spine, Stoop to achieve, Lick some a**, Hang on to some sleeve !

Yes may be reservation in IAS too&some godfather somhwhere???But liked his concern for kashmiri pandits and their genocide NOT reported by our media yet!
I never thought kashmir was they! Its the regional politics that might have alienated the youths.. and you must be aware about the policies of kashmir itself which is alienating... no indian non-kashmiri can buy land in kashmir... marry a kashmiri etc... How to integrate... some youths were influenced by cross broder, though the number of miscreants may be small but the feeling of insecurity that the uncertainty leaves on a impressionable mind of youth cannot be denied... As far as incompetency is concerned, its only ones attitude and not one's gene religion creed or caste...
anyway its gr8 to see how you coped with the sad loss of your father and finally came up with flying color...

Y all kashmiris say its u and us?? why can I scent a " we are not india" from this excerpt. why does it feels cracking IAS was more to prove a Kashimiri can do it and dont underestimate kashmiri?? Politically Incorrect?? I hope not.
