Inspireing but a ruined PR effort...no Premji Bhai???
by mahesh thakur on Jan 31, 2010 03:10 PM  | Hide replies

Hats off to you sir for and inspiring address, however, the comments below have ruined everything that u ever earned morally. It seems you also belong to the same breed of politicians we are already sick off..anyways, will continue to follow as usual wat you said..u know i followed all that and was bumped from 3 jobs...integrity, talent, dedication is threatening to the Indian seniors
most of them (almost 95%) want ego massage and chamchagiri..and only those talented people who know how to fool such seniors using guile actually succeed rest get lost in the mire of filth that indian senior professionals spread in order to retain their position...good luck..my funda is only Man with animal instict survives. rest of the Gandhis are left with a bitter taste and memories..of being honest..dedicated (like foolish labourers who do not know their value)

Publicity Stunt
by kumar on Jan 23, 2010 01:39 AM

Another publicity stunt. These so called great people talk about god, lord etc in front of the media. But behind the scenes, these are entirely different animals. Ask any one of the wipro employee if they are allowed to practice what premji preached above. None. Not a single employee was allowed to follow the above.
I am not saying wipro is a bad company. But the values are changing so rapidly in Software industry. Now they are looking only for profits.

Companies like WIPRO spoiled and diluted IT space..

Companies like WIPRO spoiled and diluted IT space.. In most of these India based IT companies, employees are treated like bonded labour. The management never cares about employee policies.

Very true. Every WIPRO employee works 9.5 hours (officially) and at least 12 hours-14 hours unofficially. I'vd experienced that myself.
