I guess your statement is about Azim/Wipro. BTW I do not see anything wrong in the speech itself. Take the good out of the speech and throw the rest.

Wish Premji could percolate this message to 1 Lakh Wiproites
by Nationalist on Jan 05, 2010 09:16 AM  | Hide replies

Premji is a great leader who came up through hard work and dedication from the age 21. However, I feel, he could not imbibe these qualities into his team, especially the leadership team under him. I was a Wiproite for 10 years, and I know some of the leadership people are very arrogant, no innovation, and lives in a closed mindset. Wish he could inspire the 1 Lakh Wiproites with these listed values , then Wipro would reach much higher positions.
Wish him great success and happiness.

Premji,

Nice lecture. It would be great if you could show some of your words in action.

For example:

1. Reward the hard working employees at Wipro (who earned your company in billions) with the well deserved pay hikes and stock options. Learn from Bill Gates and other western CEO's in this aspect.

2. Work with the universities, colleges, schools and fund scholarships
for the bright students. Donate infrastructure to the ill equipped
education institutions. Learn from Warren Buffet in this aspect.

3. Try your hand at tech innovation instead of running tech sweat/body shops. I would like Wipro to churn something of the scale like Google, Apple, Cisco etc

You think Wipro is not doing the above three?
