These r terrific rules of life 4 everyone. I request all critics not to take what is bad in his speech but to accept what is gud in this for ur own benefit............. and u will find all is GOLD........... just have the guts to implement what he is conveying.

Great 10 commandments

Any one can have an opinion on other person. However, I respect the points that are laid out here. Vikas, you are mixing 2 different ends. Here Premji talks as an individual who was a student once up on a time. Let us take this as an individual who has spoken some good things.

Wipro is worst indiant IT firm as far as its employee satisfaction is concerened.

Now wipro amd Azim ji is facing big challenges in order to find out right candidates for wipro, even wipro HR team could not find any suitable candi in walk in becoz most are not willing to join such org like wipro.
Career growth and work satisfaction here in wipro is nothing But a BIGG ZEROOOOO

I dont believe in this. It is Not easy Life when you run such Great Organization Wipro which run only accoring to it CORE values It had Created so many enterprenurs and gifted so many companies in the RUn to INDIA you should be thankful to such person who has made other's sucessful without keeping in mind selfish motives and earning more and more money. And I believe that people who are performing are always rewarded in wipro with excellent breaks.

Give back to society
by pravin sarode on Jan 05, 2010 12:27 PM

is really tough & practically hard to implement
all my engineering associate students from VJTI went to USA/UK/OZ only few duffer like me stay in indian soil because we do not get any overseas appointment so it is brain drain also
engineers find it hell to work in india so run to USA/UK/OZ those who do not get any oversees job abroad in USA/UK/OZ stay in india as duffer

What values IT industry projected in the world?
by radha chaudhary on Jan 05, 2010 10:21 AM  | Hide replies

This is a good read. I have not worked in Wipro, but worked in other similar companies. Human talent has no value in IT industry just the manupulation of regionalism, cartelism etc.
Indian IT company had hardly shown any indian values and built their own brands or niche. Worldover we have been labeled as a disposable bodies. It becomes a mockery when any IT industry leader boost of himself or about his stature.

Great Words of wisdom
by anand dubey on Jan 05, 2010 10:16 AM

Sir Ajemji is what comes to mind when you hear his name. What you said was the one that you would have incorporated in your action 25yrs back.Good learning from your experience.
1.Grow big not on others but with others.
2. TAke charge of your own career but allow the other person to take charge of his own too.Together work for the common goal. Excellence with innovation.
3. A penny saved is a penny earned.
Even if we take one single learning from this what he has written ,it will be a great learining.
Learning from others experience and taking the corrective measures in your action will save precious time.
So guys either you abuse him or learn and act ...choice is yours.

You were in service sector generating imaginary nos., I will be in manufacturing....

You preach "Management", I run an Economy

In short, You are an American, I'm British

We can never meet at any time or space
