i think peoples were get irritated when these Anndhra students talk in Telugu.May be this is one of the reason.
We should n't bother about these people..Because we have very good universities & colleges here..but they want to go abroad & settle there to make money & improving their economy as well..
To be in the streets at 1.30 midnight and getting attacked in Australia is nothing strange, in fact not only in Australia, in each and every part of the world including India, it is not safe to be alone during that time. It is quite obvious that the people who are in all sorts of illegal and mischevious activities, whether it is goondas, pickpocketers, or theifs, they would be there during that time and they will definitely target someone who is walking or travelling alone.
By writing this, am in no way supporting the act of the Australians who attacked the indian students, but is India a safe country in this regards? is mumbai, chennai, delhi or calcutta safe at midnight for someone to walk alone, leave the foreigners who come to india, even for Indians it is not safe to walk alone.
So i think this attacks has nothing to do with racism or anything of that sort. If they see someone who is a non-australian, they feel that person would have come there for studying or visit and surely will be having money for their expenses and they try to loot, that is all, but i dont think these attacks has something to do with the racist side.
Thank God, no news of an Indian female student got raped in Australian came up. But in our "democratic" country, swiss female who entered taxi was raped, tourists who comes to Kovalam beach in Kerala are being sexually assualted, so I feel Austrlia or anyother country is much better than India in terms of security, leave these 1 off incidents

yes goondas are in chennai in the day time itself. Every street corner. Just that they dont beat up outsiders. Probably chennai is the only city where they respect if you spoke a non tamil language..

chennai is the capital of the state were an ex CM was arrested using high hand and reporters were beaten is it safe you mean??

Yeah...agreed....u can attack innumerable indian students and kill them....well u see the whites are just having fun. How can they be a racist? Bhajji allegedly calls symonds a `monkey' and he is a racist!
I fully agree these attacks are not racial, but these attacks on Indian students are for those who are taking up jobs in late hours or odd hours, which may be one of the reason for the attack. Second things our Indians are much clerver and too smart whihc the Assuies have managed to ousmart them abd causing attacks on Indians. This is definetely not racism. Our Indians are to be educated more if they want to avoid such attacks and they should not come on numbers as gang to assemble what it has been done in India . This system does not work, we have to be calm and not agressive when you are out abroad. I advice our felloe Indians just to ignore them and they will slowly calm down.

Indian students who dont get a seat in Indian colleges go to Aus to showw off by getting into any xyz colleges by paying huge donations etc. For the aussies its a business and our indian students are their unprivileged " CUSTOMERS" Wake up parents and wake up all you Aussie fascinated students.Your own country can give you the best!
