With Global slowdown and millions of jobs already lost and many maore on the line, if some one tells that the real estate prices stabilised I think it is a very preconceived idea or trying to flag a dying horse as of now!

I have strong feeling that tushar is a guy who is paid by builder lobby...and is advicing everyone for bying now. guys..business is worsening day by day...and by june situation will be quite bad..and so wil it impact real estate price..even if interest rate are slow...beware if u r gone out of job u r screwed..better wait till october....
I just want to know abt Goa property the rate is still same or prices are cut and by how much percent. i am just lookibg looking out to but 1BHK flat please surgest me which property is best one anywhere in goa.
