Though lot of people will make wild claims, you should be able to sell at a reasonable rate of 3,000-3250 per sq feet
What are the rates for independent, freehold flat in NRI Complex, Greater Kailash-IV,New Delhi. Preferably on the 3rd floor with lift, terrace rights. Total plot area is 311 sq.yards.
