Was that a joke?
by Jaimin Soni on Feb 04, 2009 11:07 PM

vijay asked, Are the prices in Pune (wakad, sush road) going to drop.

Tushar Bungley answers, Vijay, per our predication pune will see a further drop given few FII and new invstments happening to builders. There will be more pressure on them to even their positions on current projects. This would happen for existing of half completed projects. Stay away as far as possible from new projects

RAVINDRA asked, DEAR SIR, I WANT TO PURCHASE 2-BHK FLAT IN PUNE,IS IT RIGHT TIME TO BUY OR I WILL WAIT TILL MARCH-APRIL ?

Tushar Bungley answers, Pune prices are around 2500 - 330 Rs/sqft. Better to purchase now in Pune as prices are down.

Hehehehehehehe...What a joke...
