I think there is a different attitude of the people in resedential departments towards single people living alone in flats. Very often house owners regret to rent out their flats. And worse, some people continue to see you with suspecion for the entire life!

living alone learns you to manage things in a better way, produce alertness, confidence, creats more affection and love for your family when you are away from your home but when you want t talk, nobody is there t listen you.

I love living alone.

I will be 64 in October and my daughter 26 is grown and has her own place. I love living alone because your house is just like you left it. You do not have to clean up the tub or facebowl, after a dirty roomate leave it filthy. You do not have to clean the kitchen or wash dishes before cooking, because it is already clean, the way you left it.
You do not have to worry about someone stealing from you or watching your every move and gossiping about how you live your life.
You get socialization from volunteering and from people on your job or at your school. The computer is a great place to talk to people online. I was married twice and I had about six room-mates, and I must say that living alone is the best for me.

Estate Agents

Also, it is vrey important to pay the agent only once the deal is done and the Lease deed has been signed. Some of them like to take off with their commission after the negotiation and leave you high and dry to do the legal paper work yourself.
Regards,
Neha

Every thing has two side of coins . living alone provides you with ample space and time so that you can relax and recall wat what good or bad have you done today.. If you are a kind of person doing everything by yourself.... then living alone is agood option..

And i thought I was alone....
by Sachin on Nov 02, 2005 04:21 PM

And I thought I was alone (intended pun), never realised that there are many others out there.

Though many eyebrows are raised and many sympathize with you but one thing is sure staying alone and being lonely are two different aspects of life.
