Visa officer only issued 221g form and told me that "Some more additional administative process required in your case, we will intimate you, you need not to have to take appointment and come to consulate again". What can be the reason for this?. I have kept all the documents required and he only asked two questions. I am appliyng with Satyam so no issue of credibility of my company or even client for which I am filing H1B is also finance major in North America.
May I know what visa should I be applying if my client requires me to go to their office in the US for 6 months or more. Half of the time that I will be staying there is for training and another half is working (an application of what I have been trained for). Also, how much would it cost for the visa?
