presently i have been working in tanzania with work permit which is valid upto may 2006. i would like to apply for h1b visa wherein i will recieve my papers in june 2006 by extending my visa as business visa for 3 more months with business is it recommended to attend for the interview here in tanzania with buisness visa?
I went for visa stamping in chennai on feb 24 2005,they didnot issue visa and given a letter stating that i,m not eligible for the H1b due to non satisfactory of local experience under 221g and they took back petition and they said it has been send back to INS.I want to when I will get reply or can I apply for a new visa is there is any possibility to get the visa using the same petition.i,m waiting for your response,thank you
i am a chartered accountant in india and i want to move to usa , i wanted to know that would i be able to work in usa with my indian degree of chartered accountant or do i have to do a course further to become a chartered accountant in usa, and if yes that what would be length of that course and will my indian degree would be a benifitting factor in that. please reply as soon as possible as i am willing to move as soon as i can. thanks pranay.
Hi I am Ravi Working with a Dallas Based company in Hyderabad as technical recruiter my question is i done my Bcom in 1997 and had a gap of two yrs where i worked as admin incharge in a Banking Training Instuion and than in 2002 i Completed my MBA after that i Started working with a insurance company in hyderabad and now presently working as technical recruiter in SAP technology in Hyderabad only.so i have 3 yrs of experience my question is that is iam eligable to Go on H1 visa to US? IF so please kindly let me know which are the consultaing companys are doing H1 for technical recruiters ?
