I have been to US earlier on L1 from my current company. Last yr, I got a job with a US consultant and they filed for an H1 for me. I went for the H1 interview at Chennai. But, was asked to produce more docs about the consultant. The consultant is in process of getting these docs for me.
Meanwhile, I got a one year onsite proj from my current company. But, I will need to have a new L1 processed to take this up (as my parent company's name changed)
I know of instances wherein ppl have gone to US on L1 and then converted to H1 while in US itself. Can the same be done in my case? ie - can I process new L1, go there and then convert to H1 after the one yr term? Does the fact that I already went for the H1 interview stand in the way? Will the H1 petition get invalidated if I process a new L1?
Also, can the H1 be trasferred to my parent company? If this is possible, please advise on the process for this. Is it true that the trasfer can be done only after working atleast 2 months for the H1 petitioner? (The consultant wouldn't care as they already took all the processing cost from me)

respected sir ! iam rehan , i have applied to the usa consulate for the F1 visa , and i have been rejected twice for the first time the visa officer said me a potential immigrant and the second time it was a mess up , sir iam a medical student and GRE is not a mandatory test for the university which i applied , still i appeared for the GRE and igot a low score ,sir the first time i gave my GRE score to the visa officer , but the second time i was really nervous and iwas unable to concentrate on the questions which the visa officer was asking ,when he asked to give my GRE score , i said i dint have the score , still iam in a shock that how ncan i say like this when i have the score , and the moment i lied he rejected me , sir i know that iam not a lier , what happended to me at that time i dont know i was really some where as if i was present physically and mentally absent , sir plz advise me what shall i do if i want to appear the consulate next time , sir its my dream to study in USA . sir will i get a visa next time or i will get a rejection . sir i will be very thankfull to you if u plzz advise me
