Hi I am trying to get employed in any one of BPO Companies. I go out of interview board only due to my MTI I use lot of ing,then, and etc. I need to get rid of my MTI influence
i'd like to ahare my views abt working in a bpo/ites industry.. after putting in 15 yrs of service as a teacher, i switched my line of wrk and joined a US-based company.. i found the going tough initially coz ther were a lot of youngster who were much abv me in their positions... and they were also doing a pretty good job of it too.. this motivated me to put my best foot forward and today i am happy working and hav a lot of friends among these youngsters for whom i hav a lot of respect..besides wht do i hav to grumble when i am being paid a big pay packet for my efforts.. the work conditions r excellent whr i work.. i hav no reason to grumble.. i guess its all in the mind...one shd have the correct attitude to work in any given situation lalita
I do not why people think bad about call centers. If any one is earning around 20,000 just after his/her college, is it bad. If any one is getting chance to stad on his own feet, is it bad. What have you done to change politics of India. Nothing, then please keep your self out of BPO. If you can\\\'t do it dont think of it.
