Author is forgot to mention an important savvy thing about BPOs that 'Sit in the small carrier(QUALIS) for the job during night and back from the job in morning aka contract coolies go for the job in the morning (of course carrieng tiffin along)and back from the job in the evening, packed in a open truck'
Hey, I am working in a BPO, it is great. People have a feeling that Call Centers and BPOs are filled with useless people. I strongly disagree with this. It is also difficult to work here. Work is workship. the opinions differ.
