hi
iam a chemical engineer working in a call center supporting US clients in ISP.i would like to build a career in the call center industry and get into management. i would like to have some guidance in this regard

hi i am currently doing my Final year B.Com in
St. Joseph college of Commerce and i am presnetly hunting for the Job can u plz give me some idea regarding the meaning and difference for the BPO and Callcentre and do u have any idea how to apply for this and plz give me the reference number or email id of any co., and what is better for me to go for is its BPO or Callcentre Or any office job which has general timings

i am ordinary graduate in arts and having little knowledge in english language. working in administration dept may I change my profession as a call centre executive. If so please how can I proceed in this sector.

I'm a Commerce Graduate with three year diploma in Electrical Engg. Currently working with a Medical Equuipment comapany as a Territory Executive and interested in a career in ITES. Either call centre r BPO I want to knw wat is the difference between a call centre & BPO I have worked with a domestic inbound call centre for more than two years plz guide me wat are the growth prospectus for a person like me coming from sales & marketing field in BPO r CAll Centre

Author is forgot to mention an important savvy thing about BPOs that
'Sit in the small carrier(QUALIS) for the job during night and back from the job in morning aka contract coolies go for the job in the morning (of course carrieng tiffin along)and back from the job in the evening, packed in a open truck'

Hey, I am working in a BPO, it is great. People have a feeling that Call Centers and BPOs are filled with useless people. I strongly disagree with this. It is also difficult to work here. Work is workship. the opinions differ.
