VP Singh's Mandal asked for reservation in any private sector, if it had taken loan from a nationalised bank.
RESERVATION IS NOT AT ALL REQUIRED ON THE BASIS CAST & CREED. RATHER IT SHOULD BE GENDER BASED 50-50. SC/ST/OBC EVERTHING SHOULD BE ABOLISHED AS IT CREATES DISCRIMINATIONS. WEAKER SECTION OF SOCIETY IS STILL WEAK AND ONLY HAVES ARE ENJOYING THE RESERVATION ON DATE.

Reservation is needed wherever weaker sections exist - can be gender, caste, race etc.

SHUDRAS IN ENTIRITY WERE OPPRESSED BY BRAHMINS AND MADE TO WORK AS SLAVES. Srinivas just prohibiting temple entry makes brahmins oppress shudras it was the society at large that oppressed dalits - that included a lot many castes including the obcs ....and the ruling elite the shatriyas
if the dalits cant wake up in 50 yrs they never will it is not reservation but good education and equal opportunity that has given blacks power in us

Why preference to a particular gender. Do you want to show ur self as a social reformer for free?
