Congress
by ssh ssh on May 20, 2009 04:07 PM

In last 5 years Congress build a new formula to incorporate the best talent from different parties into power and they got success. The result of this election is the success of team work of all parties. BJP should also support government on common issues. Next election will bd totally different and it will be election between PMs rather parties.

Dear Mr.Ramaswamy,
I really am surprised & deeply pained to read the current article by such a well known person.
Mr.Ramaswamy,if you are talking of corruption, softness in dealing with terrorism, etc issues that you've raised,i can sit across & convince you with adequate proofs of the same things happening in BJP as well.
Mr.Ramaswamy, for heavens' sake please give up the mayopic & biased view point & learn to say the things in a mature way.
Do you mean to tell me that only you are aware of these things & that the common man is not at all aware of all this...
Mr.Ramaswamy, please come to the reality & tell me what has been the single largest contribution of Mr.Advani in his entire political career.I am a son of a freedom fighter & please check with Mr.Advani & let me know what his been his positive contribution during pre-independence & post independence era?
Is Mr.advani willing to have a TV debate with me on this issue. If this is the state of affairs of a BJP leader who is being project by the party as PM in waiting, then why blame other BJP Cadre! !.And for onceMr.Ramaswamy, please try to remember Congress has won the majority thru' perfectly Democratic means. Please learn to be graceful in offering credit,at least now that it is due.Do you realize the irrepairable damage done by BJP in communalizing the country & its' dangers & fall-outs.You being such a senior editor,i need not highlight the seriousness of the matter. Our countries' founding fathers wanted a secular & dem

You are noting but an opportunist who is a BJP hater. So your arguments have no meaning. Congress has not won because majority voted for them. Congress has won because it is an old party which is the only alternative in KERALA where communists had to leave, WEST BENGAL the same story and ANDHRA because the votes were split and TAMIL NADU because the votes were split too. So learn the facts and dont be emotional. BJP had 2 seats about 15 years back and if CONGRESS still tries to appease the minorities and chase the jobs and opporunties of Hindus and destroy their faith in religion, BJP will eventually rule this country and CONGRESS will never be a party for the majority. Stop talk about secularism. Congress has tiedup with christians and muslims appeasing them and getting their vote banks. For once, come out of that white skin and show your real face that you are just a narrow minded pseudo secularist who has to be a congress sympathiser and let others have their opinions. BJP has just 3 percentage vote share less though they have no presence in south india! So be graceful to the party which got the second largest share of votes in India.

u sounds like an extreme chamcha of congis. ur understanding is completly biased. as far lk advani's contribution to the society, he and his party defended, gave dignity for hindus in this country and tried to stop other's poching by silly offers for future religious votes to save chonia. unfortunatly, a thankless, spineless, coward society get what it deserves.

all you guys who are calling cho as congress chamcha are real idiots. he is ardent hindutva supporter but he also extremely matured to know when you lose and accept it rather than these bjp who didn't accept the 04 verdict and again doing the same for 09 too. if it did not analyse properly the reasosn for its defeat they will once again fail in 2014. all you guys who are more vocal are the real enemies of bjp. you are not allowng it to listen to the silent majority and bjp thinks you idiots are the real voice of india and acts foolishly.
please give it a break for india's sake and bjp sake.

Dilemma of BJP
by Aftab on May 20, 2009 03:57 PM  | Hide replies

They all realise that the people's agenda is good governance and not communal politics. For them it is a catch 22 situation. If they leave their old agenda they loose hardcore votes and if they continue with their old agneda then they are not accepted by new generation. So they tried a mix of both and made a complete mess of everything.

Congress plays muzlim vote bank politics and bjp plays hind00 vote bank politics. Muzlims voted for congress but hind00s did not vote for BJP because hind00s by nature do not unite in the name of rel!g!on.

If the vote percentage was higher, Congress would have get absolute majority by itself. Because, most of the congress supporters are not that political enthusiasts like BJP or CPM. Congress supporters will not go for voting if it is too hot outside. But BJP and CPM supporters will definitely go for voting even if voting is postponed! That's the difference.

in maharashta, one leader openlu challanged s pawar that he cannot be a PM and that so far there has been no PM from maharashtra. this caused s pawar to third fourth umpteenth frony. in punjab the very same leader asked the sikhs of punjab to ask the sikh PM as to what action he has taken to take care of the sikhs being tortured by talibhan in swat of paki. these type of speeches are good for certain people for some time, but using the same language again and again (like the weak PM Dr MMS), irritates the mind to the extent that the speaker is despised.

to think bjp will be dead is a joke! bjp rules as many states as congress in the states. If you dare talk bad about the party which has secured the second largest vote share in this country, then you must be mad or a fundamentalist who is anti-bjp. There is no secularism in congress. Minorities will be ruling india because they want minority votebank
