Also they rigged voting in some other states with help of EC. Current CEC was castigated by previous CEC as congi chaploos. Remember same thing was tried in 2004 as well. The CEC at that time M.S Gill was made Sports minister in UPA govt. after he retired as CEC.
There should be repolling in all states with independent observers

with paper ballot and counting with all candiate observers, it is lot more effort required to rig.
The BJP still plays the Hindutva Card and has lost the elections. People of India has more problems than the religion problem. BJP ideologies was clearly of buildling and dividing India on the basis of religion and the people of India has rejected them. This shows that people are not interested in religions any more. This is the worst defeat to the BJP.

Mulayam and lallo will want more than what SOnia can give, she is considering cheaper option of buying independents (eventually finish them) and whip those who did not rig 11 more EVMs i.e those who forgot to rig 11 more seats of lallo and mulayam i.e chawla's.
No doubt congress has done extreemly well in election but still it is short of absolute majority. If congress do not give respect to Mulayam Singh it will give lesson to other allies that Congres do not bothered about allies. Congressmen should remember the vote of confidence episode how mulayam helped them. They should not be thankless. The other factor is that Mamta and Sharad Pawar is with upa and everybody know how ambisious they are and any time they may take any action. They should forget about Ajeet Singh who is never faithfull to any alliance go to the past record.

Never know politics. Mayawati might agree to support congress and mulayam and Laoo would not be needed at all.
Congress and BJP are same manuvadi parties. Both parties have upper caste leaders, have same economic policies. Both these parties have insulted 30% dalits of India. Has there been a Dalit PM? Why not? Now these parties conspired with rogues like Mulayam to keep Mayawati from becoming PM. Soon we Dalits will demand 30% reservation in private companies on the line of govt jobs. How many dalits are employed by Infosys,Wipro,TCS, IBM India,Microsoft India and all other Tech Companies? How many Dalits are employed in other private companies? Congress must be gloating, while BJP is happy that communists and BSP lost. We will soon teach all these parties a lesson. We will soon table a bill demading reservation in private sector for dalits. Let us see who has the guts to oppose this bill. We will derail MMS and BJP and all manuvadis. Left front will support us, we will also ask for trade unions in IT sector. Just wait and see. We will lauch nation wide agitation. We will bring life to standstill in India till our demands are not met.

Please read history!! the Dalit PM has been Jagjivan Ram. Very short lived prime ministerialship. Neverthless the answer to your question is yes. ANd people like you seek to divide the country on the basis of caste is not very good. You seem to be related to some christian ministry or chinese govt trying to incite dalits by falsifying information. Dalits have had reservation in govt senior positions - as IAS and state governments. If you are a dalit it doesn't take you long to superseed all your upper caste colleagues in The central and state Cadres. Of course these poeple do not come out and publically anounce that.

Please dont fight for reservation, instead make yourself fit for the positions you have mentioned. I respect everybody in human kind irrespective of their caste creed and religion. Forget about all these things, learn well, come up in the life. Nobody stops you in getting decent jobs when you have enough merit records. All the best.

how will the rigging of elections be fixed? Someone needs to campaign for the old ballot paper and stamp to be counted in the Zila/contituency with all the candiaties standing around it and then all move to next Zila for vote and counting.

Hello, Firstly tell me how much dalit's have the real stuff to handle the top MNC jobs...how many dalits have real stuff to win the competative exams with high score? how many dalits have capacity to pass the competative exams and get the job or highr studies seat in merits...(if reservation removed entire dalits will have to stop the studies) in india how many govt...roads,bridges...collapsing every days...how many patients..dying eveyr dya ...did any one realised...coz these 35% marks just pass mark from some universities...(to get the engineering seat and doctor seat resevations)and getting jobs in Govt..with the help of reservation..and will construct these bridges or roads..or doing doctor service... and everything getting collapse...and still they need reservations...after spoiling last 50years the entire govt system in verygood shape and govt couldn't handle it now entire private tookoever...now they want resrvation for pvt...job...better go and ask to OBAMA also we indian dalits are stupids we dont have capacity to study and get the job with competition so we want reservation...he will give..you..am not agaist for Dalits reservation...give the primary ,upper primary studies with reservation..let them study and make thme competative and compete with eveyrone ...show the stuff ..other than that backdoor entry will spoil their not only this generation entire next 5 generaons will get spoill.jai ho.

You can argue which ever way you like. For last 10 years all upper caste people have dominated good jobs, all politcal power. Dalits comprise 30% of India's population. This segment was humiliated in recent election. The PM should have been dalit.First Congress betrayed Ambedkar by not making him PM. Then they betrayed again by refusing Babu Jagjivanram. Now, all these Congress, RSS, BJP , SP have been conspiring for long to keep BSP out of power. Just wait and watch. India will burn soon with the new reservation demand in private sector. Ram Vilas Paswan said he will take some action in this regard. After having lost, paswan realized the dalit power. I want to see the face of all Manuvadis in parliament when this bill is tabled.

There is something missing in your arguement. Most of the dalits are from the rural places where they do not have any access to the so-called coaching centres. May be you can call them incompetent only if you put them on the same platform. Like, give the same education to them ( coaching centres, extracurricular activities) else take the upper castes to the villages where there is no motivation and where people are worried about the next meal.
Give a fair platform for everyone. Intelligence is not confined to only a few people.
Its not only about dalits. People coming from villages normally fare bad untill an unless they go to a specific learning centre. So its more about access to education rather than anything.
