If you beleive that the Congress can guide you or our country to the path of truth, justice and light then you must be told a few instances which can reverse your opinion there have been many a incidents where the Congress has adressed in favour of Muslims and which is most disheartening to both the Hindus and Christians I beleive you are a Christian as is evident from your message, and only stupid people like you can think without being aware of the fact that 50 years of mostly family rule of Congress has put India back to 50 Years and that 5 years of NDA's rule took India 10 Years ahead and I pity fools like you because your way of thinking has been injected into many a minds of our population which is foolish enough to support and believe perpetrators like in the Congress party.

I love BJP
by HI Graph on May 17, 2009 12:07 PM  | Hide replies

I really do not have the words to thank the BJP party for the wonderful work they have been doing over the last couple of years. After the Gujarat Riots in 2002, Assembly polls were postponed for 6 months as the atmosphere was not ripe (many thanks to the then CEC Mr Lyngdoh)And when they happened it was a surprising BJP victory. This victory pumped the BJP to the top and they projected Modi as a hero.
With Modi as a mascot it was hardly surprising they lost in the General elections of 2004.
For 5 years they warmed the benches in the opposition.
And then again when they were going great Varun Gandhi and Modi were again projected as heroes. Infact modi was projected as a future PM.
Muslims and Christians and ppl fed up with casteism came up unitedly to give BJP and BSP a drubbing.
It was all God sent that BJP came up with this gr8 idea of projecting Modi as a PM and now again they have to warm the benches in the opposition for another 60 LONG months.

tch tch tch tch tch tch tch tch tch

Please keep coming up with these gr8 ideas BJP

POLICY IS ONLY ANTY MINORITY TO KEEP ALIVE THEMSELVE, WHILE YOU HAVE NOTED IN HISTORY THAT MUSLIM RULED 900 YEARS ON GREAT
INDIA AND IN THOSE PERIOD INDIA
WAS CALLED GOLDEN SPARROW IN WORLD, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT PLAYED RELERIOUS POLICY. INDIAN PUBLIC OVERALL NEVER ACCEPTED BJP RULE, ONLY 5 YEARS MR VAJPEED BECAME PM, BECAUSE OF NIADO, HIS PARTY GOT COMFIRATBLE SEATS FROM ANDHRA, BEFORE ELECTION HE WAS SIDE OF LEFT FRONT/SECULAR, BUT AFTER ELECTION HE SUPPORTED COMMUNIAL PARTY/BJP. LATER ON SECULAR FORCES TOUGHT HIM A LESSON. WHAT IS HIS POSITION NOW???

Hindutva and Ram mandir - fiction created by Lallala Kitna Advani. In Karnataka people still believe in it ignoring issues of national importance.

The present verdict have slipped in one/two jokers in the pack but the main clowns are out for good. The BJP is in new territory and needs to consolidate itself for the new genre of leaders will bring in different ideas that will have to be matched and bettered.

Really hope the divisive/stagnant politics of reservations, appeasement and being ostrich like in Lankan, Nepal or other neighbourhood crisis, etc, etc are handled with a different mind set. The PM is now the strong man and has all the reason to make it count for the country fo the first time in decades.

Hope it is not wasted, as time and action is of essence. If we do not claim our place in the world politics or economy, we will have only ourselves to blame.

End for India is getting accelerated by the congress Mughals. A breakdown of the voters shud give a good idea. I guess almost all the muslims would have voted for Congress and Hindus, if at all had gone to voting booth, will be considerably less compared to their total. Now it is LOOT CONGRESS for the next five years. We can also except some bombings from the Islamists.

We need to think
by Priyanka Lobo on May 17, 2009 11:43 AM  | Hide replies

Whats the use of electing BJP MPs ?

Some states BJP has done very well, for e.g. in Karnataka and in some BJP star switched off working, for eg. in Rajastan, Orissa, Maharastra and UP. Communal violence masterminded by RSS-VHP through BJP has given expected results in Orissa where the public are more mature and committed to peace. In Karnataka, we witnessed Church and women attacks sponsored by Yeddi government, we were expecting a clean wash out for BJP like that of in Orissa but that didnt happen purely because people here are fanatic and still believe in Advani's promises and false propagandas and nurture the dream of practicing hindutva without giving attention to primary issues of nation. In Orissa, people were decisive and spoken loud against communal politics and voted for peace in the state going for secualr parties.

In Karnataka there is no way that BJP can be defeated as we al know hindus are in majority, are hard core hindutva supporters. But whats the use ? Even if BJP had won all the 28 seats there is absolutely no use for the state as the central government is headed by Congress. In national politics communal politics has no place. Communal parties are rejected. The effect of communal disturbaces and women attacks has reached wide across country. Since Karnataka people didnt vote for secular values and went with the BJP which divides people and creates fear in society, it is expected that Karnataka is going to suffer for its wrong verdict. They should have voted for that party which comes to power at center (or a part of ruling government at center) to get maximum benefits. Karnataka people since voted for BJP will prove to be a useless thinking on behalf of electorate and they have to suffer for it. UPA should not help Karnataka as any help will be used for doing violence and they will never vote for Congress.

India - mighty ocean
by Priyanka Lobo on May 17, 2009 11:36 AM  | Hide replies

India - a mighty nation:

BJP failed to understand India and her core values and her strength. India is so vast and diverse that any single ideology or principle wont sell. People are wise to make their choice and this election has proved this fact once more. India by nature is secular, democratic and believes in inclusive nature of policies-development-administration-culture. If you forget this fact then you are a hypocrite and looser.
