I think we need to export all xtians like this guy to Taliban land- then he will realize Taliban is closer to xtains in their ethics, thinking and ability to kill large numbers by bombings.
Most Indians and some Supreme Court Judges and Parliament Members are confused or prejudiced.
Indian Parliament is SUPREME because they are ANSWERABLE and ACCOUNTABLE to 1,166,079,217 (July 2009 est.) Indian Citizens. Supreme Court is SECONDARY, because they are only ANSWERABLE (NOT even ACCOUNTABLE) to the LITIGANTS.
PLAN - Parliament DO - Administration EXECUTES as per PLAN CHECK - Judiciary CORRECTS Administration (NOT Parliament) as per PLAN
* Supreme Court cannot create/review/refine/rewrite any LAW. * Supreme Court cannot solve your KASHMIR problem, * Supreme Court cannot decide your INCOME TAX rates, * Supreme Court cannot even decide the CORRECT train fare rate in India.
Parliament decides the SALARIES of Judges and not the other way round.
You should carefully listen to RAM JETHMALANI and PRANAB MUKHERJEE speeches. They are EXPERTS in interpreting and practical application of Indian Constitution.

Newyork , what I know about constitution is that our all three legs of democracy are independent even though interconnected. If supreme court is answerable to the Parliament than our these all parliament have used their power to favour judgements on their favor using threat to the chief justices but it is not so.
