If Modi is jailed even for a day, then make sure BJP will come to power with absolute majority in next election.
More BJP bashing, Modi bashing, H1ndu bashing, more H1ndu awakeniung and polariation and more vote for BJP.
Where was Teesta Setalvad when more than 60 innocent people were burnt alive in the rail coach in 2002? Where was this Setalvad ceature when bombs were exploding in Ahmedabad? Where was this woman hiding when Delhi, Mumbai and Jaipur etc were rocked by terror attacks?
Gaining cheap popularity may be ok with her, but we, terrror attack sufferers in Gujarat are not carried away by her empty populist actions. Hope you are listening Setalvad.

Very intersting point made by rakesh pandit and I am in total support of him . Why only teesta , where was modi when such a crime was happening ??? can anyone answer this question please ???
Re: Supreme Court
by True Indian on May 01, 2009 05:53 PM
People who burnt the train, as well as their near and dear ones are behind bars. We say terrorism cannot be justified. Why do we do the same? Why do we justify violence just like terrorists do? What right do we have to say "terrorism cannot be justified" when we ourself justify all violence.
Re: Re: Supreme Court
by badrinath sp on May 02, 2009 10:38 AM
What is the outcome by just saying terrorism cannot be justified. What action has Govt. taken in more than 15 bomb blast cases? Even those found guilty in 1993 bomb blast cases were let off by Supreme Court. Then either the lower court is wrong or the Supreme Court is wrong. After another 10 years, all these blast cases will be forgotten, as there will be fresh blast cases and the accused will get bail and start planning for the next blast. Innocents will continue to get killed and the pseudo secularists will continue to blame BJP for all the evils happening in the country. Congress, SP, BSP, Left will rejoice at the situation.Hindus will continue to humiliated and country will go down and down. Who cares?

Congress govt recently removed POTA from many of those who were in the conspiracy of Godhra train burning. They are all free ready to do another terrorist act.
Re: Re: Re: Supreme Court
by jiggs on May 01, 2009 06:48 PM
Anjar , POTA is still in force ... go get your facts right .. Second , this incident namely godhra was a state province secondly since it was railways , it should have been RPF issue , now if take both into considerations , what was the govt of the state and centre doing at the time ??? Im sure i wont get any answers for this .
Re: Re: Re: Re: Supreme Court

Wah Wah ! jiggs u r really doing a great jigg here . What an argument. If Godhra Train burning was a state subject then riots also happened in state and shd be state subject and if the centre or railways did nothing ,then why not great Lalu and even greater MMS or for that matter Sonia 'ji' did something abt Godhra train burning , why SC is not for probing that , why setalvad and for that matter Jiggs even condemning it ???? well I accept another jigg from you like all pseudos
How come PTI is running to myth manufacturers like Teesta Setalvad for reactions? For the best of my knowledge is PTI not some Satyam-like fraud company. So this is surprising.
I think Supreme Court has forgotten train burning in Godhra, Only talking about Post Godhra. Whatever happened In Gujrat that is because of Godhra Burning First that has to be investigated.

Loudesh he is not supporting post godhra killing but he wants first godhra train carnage to be investigated. Your Dumb a55.

spot on Patil ,
What is modi doing about that ??? Has he done any investigation on following points :
1. How come the people who burnt the train got the info when it was not available with local police ??? ( This has been claimed by Modi ) . 2. How come some gallons of fuel were found inside the bogey ? 3. What was the incident that happened on godhra railway station which incited public ? ( i believe there has been a testimony recorded to effect that some of more rowdy elements in the train looted some shops on godhra station just prior to the incidents ) . 4. How come the two comissions constituted to investigate the issue came out with exactly opposite findings ?
These should all be investigated by an impartial enquiry commision .
Re: Re: Missing....
by rajender kumar on May 01, 2009 07:36 PM
Jiggs is only trying to create confusion as the Lalu tried to do with Banerejee report . answer it then who burned the train and why/ and BTW criminals won't tell Police that they are going to commit some crime and our police u know is always sleeping, so won't know who is on the train until and unless it some bloody minister
Re: Re: Missing....
by badrinath sp on May 02, 2009 10:44 AM
Shah Commission has done a detailed study and has come out with the Report whereas Banerji Commission appointed by Railway at the instance of Lallu Yadav submitted the Report in 2 weeks time which means the Commission was expected to submit the Report as desired by UPA Govt., which it did. Whereas Shah Commission has given detailed explanation for all its findings. So your asking questions is not going to change the situation. You better go through the Shah Commission report.
THERE ARE LACS OF CASES WHERE THE TRIALS HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLETED FOR OVER 10 YEARS. DONT THEY DESERVE TO BE HEARD BY FAST TRACK COURTS?
WHY SINGLE OUT SOME CASES WHEN SOME POLITICAL ISSUES ARE RAISED OR SOME FAKE SOCIAL WORKERS AND PUBLICITY SEEKING LAWYERS RAISE A HUE AND CRY?
IF THE COURT IS CONCERNED ABOUT EQUALITY, IT CANNOT DISCRIMINATE LIKE THIS AS THIS IS AGAINST THE OTHER LACS OF ACCUSD WHO ARE LANGUISHING FOR NO FAULT OF THEIRS.
THE ORDER NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT FROM THIS WIDER PERSECTIVE.

There are 21 other terrorists (LTTE terrorists, ULFA etc) - why nobody asks about them? Don't see everything from a communal eye. We need to hang everybody who creates violence, irrespective of religion.
Re: Re: Re: why this discrimination

they are all interlinked funded by mulla jihadis who only want violence. so Mr. true Indian (btw we know you are true porkistani) go away
Re: why this discrimination
by True Indian on May 01, 2009 05:46 PM
This order is to help the country. No doubt other cases should be heard like this one, if possible. But if that is not possible, then everyone needs to trust honourable Supreme Court. Just because of hatred, we doubt everybody who tries to be just and right.

True Indian , BTW what is the credibility of Madam 'T' Setalvad..She has been severely pulled up by SIT for indulging in patent falsehoods , manufacturing of evidences .. Why is not possible for other similar cases i.e Delhi Riots, and Bhagalpur riots,to be tried in fast track courts.. why are u apologetic about it?
Re: Re: Re: why this discrimination
by jiggs on May 01, 2009 06:57 PM
rajendra kumar ,
Do you know why most of the newspapers chose not to publish that news item that you have quoted in your post ?? Fact wAS it was not SIT which made this comment , this comment was made in the name of SIT which SIT promptly denied .
Re: Re: Re: Re: why this discrimination

well that is a NEWS to me well anybody else confirms it? and whatt abt my poser about SC not passing similar orders for other riots?
Re: Re: Re: Re: why this discrimination
by naresh kumar on May 02, 2009 11:02 AM
Are loudesh this is a report by SIT not a news item. SIT has not denied it.
According to the SIT, Teesta had cooked up stories, levelled false charges and then came up with false witnesses to give evidences about imaginary incidents. While, PC Pandy was helping the victims of Gulbarg Society case, Teesta and the NGOs accused him of inciting the mob.
The SIT also revealed that at least 22 witnesses, who had submitted affidavits related to Gujarat riots had nothing to do with the incidents and were tutored by Teesta Setalvad. It was Teesta, who handed over the affidavits to them.
The SIT found several incidents raked up by Teesta and her supporter NGOs as fake and fabricated. Prominent among them was the gangrape of a pregnant Muslim woman Kausar Banu by a mob, who allegedly gouged out the foetus with sharp weapons. The SIT concluded that such an incident never occurred.

Yes, everybody who fights for justice needs to be killed. Everybody who kills needs to be rewarded. Unfortunately in India, people like Modi get rewarded. People feel proud when Hinduism turns against other religions. Is this what Hinduism all about - NO. People who believe Hinduism is just opposing other religions support people like Modi/Varun etc etc.

Not only Burkha Dutt but all other media people who try to increase their channel TRP rating by propogating hatred against NDA/ BJP for issues whether it is PUB culture or Babri Mosque, but avoid talking about corruption cases, Bofors, fodder scam etc. Terrorisim, family rule so on and so forth.

Many cases of Gujarat riots never came to notice no guilty was punished because it was BJP and Bajrangis who were running the government has commited crime.
Teesta is self proclaimed social activist and our H*a---arami medio is always glorying her.She has already made crores in the name of NGO which is not exposed by media. She should better go to Pakistan and enjoy secularism thereitself ,We do not need such activist
