Baba Ramdev is telling this for the past one year and advani has hijacked this issue. Baba Ramdev is striving for poverty allivation, and he has contributed to it by his own way, and he also has a vision. 50 Lac crore. If distributed to INDIA's poor people ( considering 6 prsons in a family ) 30 Cr people each family will get 10 Lacs. Each family will get around 8,000 /- pm. India will turn from a poor country to one of the richest country. Per capita income will rise to thourands of dollars. India will surpass usa. But will this dream come true? Till Advani is there it will not be possible.

Baba Ramdev has also stressed for the river linking, and the opposition of that time i.e congress has doubt from where the money will come. Vajpayee had initiated the VDIS scheme, Congress has useless schemes, only know minority appeasement, and can go at any length to arrange funds for the same.

Yes, Baba Ramdev has already demanded this. But, do you mean to say that, since Baba Ramdev has already mentioned it, Advani has no right to talk about the issue? The question is, how did the Congress allow such huge funds to be stashed away in Switzerland?? After all it was the Congress that was in power for most part of the last 62 years.

It is not only swiss bank, it was reported that an ex CM of maharashtra is owning thousands of acres of land in california. There may be hundreds of CM's, Top bureaucrats, Union Ministers, each one could be possessing thousands of crores of wealth stashed abroad

The politician-baiting will not bring any result till our society at large does not change.
Voters who are in dillemma of the source of resources to translate the Elections-Manifesto-of BJP, into reality, the INDIA'S RESOURCES LAYING IN THE SWISS-BANKS are more than enough, apart from paying of the foriegn debt of Rs.23,00,000 Crores. TWO PROMISES OF BJP, 1.LINKING OF RIVERS;2.BRINING BACK THE SWISS BLACK-MONEY OF INDIAN is sufficient to vote into power.(Definitely, CONGRESS LEADERS(who looted the country for 60 years), will OPPOSE the move and say it is NOT possible. The fact, all POWERFUL NATIONS are going get back their resources, locked in swiss-banks, and INDIA ALSO HAS TO CLAIM ITS MONEY WITH ALL SERIOUSNESS. Let the wisdom dawn on the average Indian Voter.

River interlinking is the most disastrous idea that has come up. Linking cities with roads is one thing while linking rivers is completely different ball game. Just one dam, ie, Farakka Barrage is alone sufficient to wreck havoc in 3 states; imagine what would happen if all rivers are interlinked!!! But it makes perfect political sense, appearently a brilliant idea and loads of money to make.

Suppose one has unaccounted money in cash form how does he open a Swiss ac and put the money in it? In physical form or hawala transactions? RBI prints and circulates the currencies. If it flies out in physical form is it good for local economy? If it is through hawala how does it affect foreign exchange of the country? If politicians are putting money there then a lot will flow back during elections. Is it good for the economy? Can we conduct frequent elections. If these tax havens are playing with countries economies what are the world organisations are doing? If these tax havens are good for the countries where they operate why not India also join the fray? If there are more mouths to feed than the food available what can this money taken out of these accounts can help?
Black money White Money = Indian Economy since Nehru's time. Nehru wanted to root out black marketeers. But he in the end kept quiet. China also wants to see HK and Maccau prosper on black money. Bofors scam could not be busted because the Swiss Bank wouldnt allow clients' confidentiality and identity to be revealed. Now Brown or G20 promises to set in a new regime on tax havens. Lets see if they will succedd. Most probably not. Kotrochi knew it damn well.

It is the common knowledge of anyone keep abreast of latest developments in international banking, in the context of recession-striken advanced-countries, that the POWERFUL NATIONS are exerting their political-pressure to RELEASE BACK THE MONEY DESPOSITED BY THEIR CITIZENS in Swiss-Banks, to tide over their problems of economy/resources crunch. THIS IS A DEVELOPMENT OF 3 to 4 MONTHS BACK, but NOT OF 6-YEARS BACK, when NDA WAS IN POWER. (I pity the hapless Mr.Kapil Sibal, who commented this way). Do you think Swiss banks would have fallen at your feet and shared the information at your first request? It is only now that US has asked there is a chance that those banks would share the information. In one way thanks to this financial crisis.
