Unlike in Western countries, in India a person committing tax fraud DOES NOT GO TO PRISON. There is a difference between TAX DEFAULT (not paying the taxes after reporting income) and TAX FRAUD (not declaring the income wilfully). The latter is a FRAUD and should be treated as a CRIME with imprisonment. This will deter people from defrauding IF THE LAW IS ENFORCED.

certainly it should be possible. we should lead the principal of US. and also our accusers felt their fault. Because the truth mustbe outbreak. MURDER IS OUT.
Why congress keeping mum why not they are making honest efforts to bring our money back. Needs a revalution in people of India to vote only parties are honest to being black money back.

idiots on earth,if such money is brought to the country and spent it will skyrocket inflation probably even hyperinflate economy, dont be fools, we need not bring money from swiss but we can print our own money crores and crores but there will be inflation and this why banks are not lending easily even though they have white money

Congress is not the suspect, but is the culprit. Do you remember why did Seetharam Kesari, the then congress president, made Sashtanga Namaskara to Sonia Gandhi, to bring her in to politics when she was refusing to enter politics.. It is not because she has a great leadership quality, it is not because party did not have other leaders.. but because the party fund (Black money) was in the swiss Banks and the key for that was with Gandhi family.. It wouldn't have available to party if one of the person from Gandhi family is not in the politics.. Without Gandhi family the congress will be the poorest party..
This is the reason why the Congress is silent on this issue..
Remember, this is Democracy.. They are not kings.. but are servants.. public servants.. Dont put them on high.. teach them a lesson. what they spend lavishously is our money.. not of their hard earned..
It is enough.. they have ruled as kings for more than 50 years after we get so called Independence.. they have increased "their wealth".. They have divided and ruled our country using so called "secularism" as a shield.. Here.. the issue should not be to tame the culprits.. but to prevent such things happen again.. to use that money for welfare of the country.. India will prosper.. India will be No 1 before 2020.. She will be Great.. Come on India.. Come on (Coomon") Indian.. Let us leap forward..

If whole black money is utilised to liquidate India's entire foreign debt, how it 'll skyrocket inflation in India ? Or suppose Govt utilize whole 5100000 crore rupees in purchasing of gold from foreign & distribute one gold-medal to each citizen (120 crore)then each citizen will receive a medal of 30 gms.This medal will make them remember this event whole life.

Sudhaman, dont expose your blatant ignornace of macroeconomics with such assertiveness. If the money abroad was repatriated it would only bolster the rupee and thereby bring down inflation and not the other way around. And today headline inflation has gone close to zero, so if the govt. manages the interest rate responsibly, we do not have to worry about inflation

I fully agree Congree is the main suspect as they have done nothing to bring back the black money or talked about it till date, we could have judged congress intention when they made Ms Prathibha Patil the President of our country who has been involved in lot of frauds, we all are paying a heavy fine for that as we can see Murli deora our petroleum minister has taken big amount of bribes from Mukesh Ambani to cheat NTPC and Indian public of its rightful money, i also strongly agree with Baba Ramdev's view that all these 543 members are taking us for a ride and we are not able to do even a thing and believe me the money can be put to good use and inflation fears are unfounded.
how come net worth of supriya sule can be more than 50 crores at the age of 40? Even dhirubhai ambani may not have achieved this at the age of 40. What exactly supriya sule has done to achieve this accomplishment? how many jobs she has created during this process? what role has sharad powar played in this connection?

Insider trading through selling of shares clearly indicates ASMurthy's ethics, & Indian Government does not wish to punish the true fraudulent persons. There is involvement of all top officers of SATYAM in the fraud. Just we have to determine how much is each persons share in that ? This is clearcut cheating with shareholders' class. Why there are CAs, if they cant find planned, systematic and hidding fraud. The same training they got while doing CA through articleship. In actual practice, CAs are the persons who told businessmen how to do the fraud and how that should not have to came on the face, not only for 1 but for 7 years. There will not be possibility that any person being mastermind in hiding frauds through manipulation of accounts, & he is not the CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT. Because, CAs are the mastermind dogs from whom nothing can be hidden, even a slight smell of fraud of ONE RUPEE, CA named dogs can smell. In this computerised world, whether authentication given by Chartered Accountants shall be regarded as valid ? It is mostly possible that Raju has prepared multiple accounts. Raju's multiple accounts had been definitely prepared by the CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS, that is the real case. And instead false accounts being showed to shareholders of SATYAM. How much bribes had been taken by Chartered Accountants should have to be disclosed. Financial transactions of CAs with Raju should have to crossexamine. WHY THERE ARE CAs IF THEY CAN’T SMELL FRAUD, AS WATCHDOG ?
