Problem is corruption is everywhere not localized in one party. But an educated person would say why are you destroying your own nation so that the Swiss can live their useless lives without any worry. This British system since the days of Mangal Pande who had to pay a bribe to get his position and from there kept paying bribe which went to British officer who sent it to England, making the most prosperous country in the world to the most poorest, this system is bankrupting the country into poverty even educated IITians have trouble finding jobs and have to go foreign for opportunity. While so much demand for education but lack of schools and other issues.
We lack good health care, schools. We need much reforms. Because again 1.4 trillion in this economy is like GDP of 14 trillion dollars, or we would be the richest country in the world, most prosperous like the past, educated wont have to go foreign because of the lack of opportunities. We wont have to fight of reservation and other issues because there would be plenty of seats for those wanting opportunity to progress further.
Corruption benefits no one It hard to say all that loot in the Swiss bank would thy even give it back?Especially a trillion dollars ? But in this country we would had an complete irrigation system for farmers, raise our quality of output, have non-adulterated food, and be competitive in sports because we would have given opportunities to all. Why should other countries benefit?
There is no sense in saying that if Swiss bank money comes back to India all our problems will be solved. Before that, I think we should fix the reasons why all that money ended up in Swiss banks int he first place... i.e, CORRUPTION. If we donot remove corruption then what's the use, even if India gets all the money in the whole world, it will again go to Swiss banks only within a few years...

Corruption is not the reason money is abroad, it is taxes. People under and over invoice to avoid sales and income taxes. Reduce those to international levels and stashed money will come back.
Seeking reducing corruption is like waging a war on terrorism, it is taxes and an ideology that need to be tackled. Convenient sound bites like corruption and terrorism will not help.

Switzerland is a nation which has been instrumental in promoting corruption all around the world. If countries like Switzerland are not there, certainly the crooks wont find a place to park money, and so it would reduce corruption at such large scale.
Even during the World War II, it played a so called neutral role - the fact is that they were keeping the ill gotten wealth of the leaders from all sides - so possibly, they had an understanding not to hurt Switzerland.
Today, terrorism is also being fuelled by such nations like Switzerland - by helping route the money - the question arises why Switzerland be not named as a terrorist country???

Well said our biggest danger is not Pakistan but Switzerland, it is not only for us but every country in the world. first we need to ban buying Switzerland products.
If things are not working with in 6 months or so then we will have to stop buying US UK products too. then things will automatically change.
if man is indian citizen, lives above poverty line, is employed, but has not paid tax, he gets nothing of 70 lakh crores, since he has not paid tax - he has the money he saved by not paying tax - so his needs (not wants) are more likely to be already satisfied. Rest of us who either pay tax or those who are below poverty line, get part of 70 lakh crores.

Get your fundamentals right Mr. Nayak, you pay tax not only in the form of direct taxes but indirect taxes also. so whenever you go and buy any thing for daily needs like soap, food, bread, grains, vegitables (tax is paid on diesel which is the cost of transportation of these items), you are paying taxes.
One more thing tax is collected for the welfare of the people for example money which is used for making of roads, dams, electricity plants etc etc. So the money which should have gone into the welfare of people has gone into the pocket of corrupt politicians. So this is the money belongs to poor man, he not only deserves that but also owns that.

Boss we educated tax paying crooks are not united and don't vote, divided by caste and we think each one of us is great and and knowledgeable. so we all are not getting benefits, loan waivers etc in spite of paying tax prudently. (It is not that we want loan waivers like other, it is just for saying)
Why farmers are getting loan waivers, because they are united, they can come together with in minutes and they all vote.
It is not the quantity of the amount , but the crime to steal from the people who toil and earn their bread and pay tax ,trusting the leaders ( politicians) who in turn steal
