Dont you have brain? Punjab is India & Sikhs save you from cross boder attacks. Why seaparate land, majority wants a respectfull place in India which is some times denied due to Koot Neeti of a class.

Obviously, they were so tired of congress-men that they didn't want to living in fear of being attacked. Now that everyone realises who the real enemy is, what is the need for Khalistan. The enemy should be tried.

she is definitely nothing compared to Kalam ... but Kalam belongs in labs, universities, libraries, schools of learning etc. not in rashtrapati bhawan giving away awards and presiding over lunches.

jan sangh was never in power .... their support for free enterprise can hardly be called their ideas ... did Janata Party liberalize economy in 1977 .. NO! Jansangh had died even before that
These people keep changing party names every some 20 years and they talk of free enterprise

Do you remember the Jan Sangh? Actually, this is a long story. Mrs Indira Gandhi split the Congress and expelled all the votaries of a free-enterprise economy. Do you remember Nijalingappa?
Please go back to the sixties. The Congress was always in favour of a "planned economy" and a "socialist pattern of society". The Jan Sangh, representing the bania and the small businessman, was more in favour of free enterprise.

Her only merit is she is a Marathi. UPA with its coalition partners had no choice but to appoint a marathi to please the NCP. No offence to the marathis though, but this is Indian politics. Of appeasement and alliances.

Varun Gandhi was displaying BJP/RSS culture. Instead, he should adopt the culture of the Nehru/Gandhi family and learn to be polite and measured in his speech. He certainly deserves to be taught a lesson.
