Muslims must give primary importance in getting better education, enriching their knowledge and enhance their efficiency in respective field. It is essential to comprehend religion is just part of life and over emphasizing religion will lead nowhere. We must acknowledge the fact in the present scenario we can’t live as an isolated group. Violent Confrontation with other segments had already alienated our community across the world. In India we are leading a much better life in all aspects than in hardcore Islamic countries like Saudi Arabia,Iran and Afganisthan. In Saudi woman are not allowed to drive vehicles and mingle with men in work. What a stupidity in 21st century? Even for crude oil exploration, refining and production, which constitute their major revenue they are totally depending on foreign technology and manpower. Taliban in Afganisthan which proclaimed as true icons of Islamic rule torched girls schools and made their country hub of opium production !!! Unless one adopt to changing environment and acclimatize to living in harmony with respecting others you can’t sustain in the existing world. Every religion has its own viewpoint and perception. Interpretation of religion in hardest terms and issuing stupid fatwas like the one issued by leading Saudi cleric telling micky mouse is unislamic which need to be killed since it represent satan will cause more harm than good to our society.

BTW--- Some cultural perceptions and practices among Musl1ms may not be consistent with 1SSslam and in some cases, against its true meaning and teachings. This makes it necessary to learn about authentic 11slam as the criterion to evaluate how 11slamic Musl111m perceptions and actions are.

Iam an indian muslim working in Bangalore and travelled extensively across the world. So don't teach me which one is correct or wrong. Great personalities like Abdul Kalam,Azim Premji,etc belong to our community. But nobody is discriminating them in the name of religion because they are real asset to the nation based on their intelligence. What custom and culture you are talking about man? Recently a saudi court sentenced 75 year old woman to 40 lashes and 4 month imprisonment for getting bread men from two outside person. What a stupidity? Culture is what we need to define and which require to be refined over the period of time. Don't blindly oppose rational views. Come up and comprehend the reality...

I fully agree with abdul. All parties are using muslims as vote bank rather than fulfilling real requirement. If they had given adequate attention on the things which really needed to uplift our community why so much of poverty still exist among muslims? Remember, Knowledge and Inelligence always pay off better dividend. Religion should not be a barrier for growth and it is better for religious leaders to concentrate on positive things.

Boosss no one is saying Hindus are communal. There are political parties creat haterd among bunch of people.Your all these demands were there when BJP was in power.
Both these traitors signed parttion deed and created kashmir Problem. Why not prosecute them and attach their properties. They were devils and India need to get rid of these nuisances.
