The article reports that even the CBI appears to have been subverted at the behest of certain parties.
One can only hope that the Supreme Court does not get subverted in a similar manner.
How about a fast-track trial for Bofors-accused Quattrochi, or is the Congress too scared that the Maino family skeletons would tumble out of the closet during the trial ?
How about a fast-track trial by a Military Court for Kasab, followed by a quick military execution ? After all, Kasab is charged with waging war against the country.
See how the US has handled its 9/11 accused, by setting up a separate process and a separate location in Guntanamo Bay, Cuba.
In India, the anti-national Congress Government is proceeding with this foolish circus of giving Kasab a civil trial, when the whole world has already seen his crimes on television.
We Indians know that there in only one Party in this election, and that is the BJP. Elect the BJP for India Shining Again.

Congress is shamelessly supporting Quattrochi and it shows why it is doing so. Unfortunately, we are a nation of spineless people, most of the media bought into not reporting such issues, and a party that has no courage to call a spade a spade. Most UPA partners are silenced into agreeing to Congress because they too are involved in some such shabby deals.
It is our Durbaghya that We have CM like Mayawatiji. She even don't have courtesy to call seniors leader with Ji. Woh Mulayam, Woh Amar Singh, Woh Adwani - numbers . Look , how the multi millionaires/Goonda's are the party candidates from BSP.Even one month back no one knows who is going to stand,suddenly without any political background or paying their services for party they become candidates.She is a leader of Dalit, but most corrupt politician in this era.Filling her own house, creating murtis for self. ..... Where we are going ...............
Congress is the most communal party of India. Whatver we see in terms of Casteism,Appeasement, Reservation are the contribution of Congress.Numbers of Examples -Shah bano case,Opening of Ayodhya Gate, Kashmir issue, Division of Hindustan. This is high time of Nationalism and development Population is another issue which Congress don't want to address. No personal Law is rerquired here.One Rule for all.
The answer to this question is why people leave India is that when people like Mamyawati become PM or CM, survival of common man who want to live with ease is very difficult.

I am from orissa. For last fifty years mostly Congress has ruled the State. Congress is responsible for the corruption, misrule and mismanagemnt of public money in the state of orissa. They have deliberately kept Kalahandi in poor condition sothat they can receive meonetary help from International agencies to help removing poverty. But they misappropriate the money often. Under the present regime of BJD Govt. Orissa has got visiblity at the national level. In my considered opinion keep congress Out and vote for BJP. We need uniform Civil code. One Country. One Constitution. We do not need personal laws. Let people practice their reliogiou belief at their personal level. that has nothing to do with the constitution. Vote for BJP please.

Hinduism is a COVERT mask for Casteism which intrinsically seeds HATRED in your Children (e.g.Varun Gandhi). Hinduism is a hierarchical (not groups) based irrational system of keeping one CASTE (Brahmins?) over everyone else.
In America there is no system in place today that forces people to remain separate or keeps one class subservient to another. If you were born the son of a street sweeper, but excelled, you could become a doctor or lawyer or some celebrity or entrepreneur - and at the same time you would be fully accepted by your peers.
Not so in India. The caste system freezes everyone in place. It is extremely difficult - almost impossible - for someone from the lowest caste to rise in education and social status.
A Dalit would never be allowed to marry into one of the higher castes and would never be accepted as an equal. And for a Dalit to make it into MEDICAL school or opening a RESTAURANT or become a PRIEST in a temple or become a member of high SOCIETY in India is very rare indeed. Only by escaping from the grasp of Hinduism do they have much of a chance.
Finally the SOLUTION is you must only vote for candidates from your CASTE **TILL** 85% of all registered marriages in India are INTER-CASTE.
