Dear sanju,ur comment on sonia & rahul is not clear,i would put some light on it. it was on request & persuation & pleadings of congressman like sitaram kesri & all inspite of having no interest in politics.let me put it for u even my personal view was gandhis shouldnt hv joined.only reason was threat to life from politicians like narsimha,chandras,singh,pawar,advani,vajpayee.the fair reason they joined is emotional & succeeded in bringging discipline in party & roadshows in 2004 were sucessful & are a threat now for their lifes.the actual pitch is congress is the only party that can handle issues fairly & decently now we require decent opposition party to keep congress on trap bjp not at fit,capable is janata party if restructured.this has to happen for betterment of country.hope u guys will put a thought.remember only thing sincere & neutral approach will give u ur ans.best of luck.

look what the congress has done to india in the last 60 years, each state is going independent and doing what it feels is right; a person in maharashtra doesn't know whats happening in west bengal or kerala and vice versa; as indians we are bound to state politics so much so that we forget to see the big picture; its high time we break this tradition and think on a national level.

mushkil hai bhai, in logon ka normal hona is desh main mushkil hi hai. its not going to be easy accepting them or they accepting us. it was meant to be that way and the congress has taken full advantage of this weakness. batwara bhi congress ne karwaya aur yahan par bhi in logon ko baant kar rakha; hindu logon ka darr bata ke.

but i doubt, left is as opportunists for power as congress.
It is strange that the Left renedered support to UPA Govt. when the prices were sky rocketing. They did not object to rise in petroleum prices which was the main cause for rise in all other prices of commodities and services. Heaving withdrwan support, the Govt. did not fall and it sailed with the putside support of SP. Why all of these were united in opposing Dr.kalam's candidature for a second term? Why the UNPA was short lived? How again some third front with parties with opposite views came together. It is a fact that the Left always want to be in the criticising postion by opting out of the Govt. It is unkwnon how the third front gets the magic figure to form the non-congress non-BJP/NDA Govt? Can all the splinter groups of various parties can offer good governance? has the Left ever tried to prescribe qualifications for the contestants, a retirement age to career politicians, maximum terms toa politician? Why it did not try to reserve some powers to the president of India. The position is quite embarassing when all the parties approach the President and thePresident not having any power? Even when the Governors mislead the President when theyimposed President's rule in the states where the opposition parties were having the necessary numbers to form the Govt. So the Indian people have to pay the price since there is no system in asking each of the contestants an endorsement of atleast 10% of the electorate to contest in elections.It minimises the cotenstants.
