Left Front Led Non-Cong, Non-BJP Govt. Prakash Karat will be PM!
by Kabeer on Apr 15, 2009 11:55 PM  | Hide replies

It will be a non-Cong and a non-BJP Govt.

This Govt will be led by Left Front with ALL regional parties participating in the Govt except Mamata Banerjees TMC. It will have either DMK/AIADMK.

Even if Mayawati gets 40-45 seats and is the largest non-cong non-BJP party other regional parties do not support her becoming the PM as her growth in stature will affect the future of Ramvilas Paswan and others as Dalit leaders.

Left front is a non-individualistic party and poses no threat to any regional party and is a more cleaner party than any other party and also is having nationalistic presence.

CPM being the largest party in the Left Front and keepin in view of Jyoti Basus Historical Blunder comment of not participating and not becoming PM in the Govt will be factored in the LEft Fronts decision.

That makes Prakash Karat being the PM

It is a good sign for India; particularly Rural India and Worker class.

GDP will grow at 9% but it will be an equitable growth across all sectors instead of skewed growth in cities and select sectors that has widened the rich poor gap which even Manmohan Singh has accepted.

Left front will highlight the failures of the capitalists economy as displayed by the recent global events.

We have seen that in West Bengal,We have seen that in Kerala,we have seen that in Tripura. You would have more mouths to fill than hands to work. You will hear lectures than doing work. You can come to office at 12 and blame it on machli not being available at the right time. You will see more bangladeshis in India because they support communists. They may even open the pakistan border for muslims to sneak in,which would give them votes. We will have a major disaster,if we allow these buffoons to take over.

NDA winning handsomely
by ramesh iyer on Apr 15, 2009 11:50 PM

NDA is going to get about 250 to 265 seats due to strategic work being silently done by grass root workers in all seats won last time (ie 170 seats) and where NDA was 2nd (ie in about 130 seats).

This scenario has been confirmed by a secret poll conducted by IB between 10th and 14th April 2009 in which top police officials an bureaucrats were involved. They have said NDA 245 to 275 and UPA 95 to 105.

India lost territorial land under Congress Rule...Are we losing..
by QandA QandA on Apr 15, 2009 11:48 PM

anything now... Take a look at this... Looks like parts of "Arunachal Pradesh" would someday be gobled by China....

Reports of China block on India loan "misunderstanding": ADB

Beijing, Apr 15 (PTI) The Asian Development Bank (ADB) today termed as a "misunderstanding" a report that China had blocked the Manila-based bank's USD 60 million lending programme for Arunachal Pradesh citing its border dispute with India.
"It was a misunderstanding," ADB President Haruhiko Kuroda told reporters in Manila during a briefing ahead of next month's annual general meeting of the ADB in Bali, Indonesian island of Bali.

"We had a scheduled meeting of the (ADB) board for March 27 to discuss financial assistance for the next three to five years with the country ... In this case India ... But it was deferred by a board member," Kuroda said.

An AFP report said Kuroda did not name China specifically or did not go into details.

Kuroda said the assistance programme for India would be discussed at "a later date." His comments follow reports that China deferred approval of the ADB's three-year partnership strategy for India.

Indian media reported this week that Beijing was unhappy with India's plan to use some of the funding on projects in Arunachal Pradesh.

Meanwhile, asked to comment on media reports on Beijing's blocking of ADB aid project in Arunachal Pradesh, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson did not deny or confirm the reports. PTI

people of india can remain poor, but they will not compromise on secularism.

India was created to be secular despite whatever the odds be, it is the duty of every hindu to remain commited to the promise that nehru made in his inaugral speech to nation.

Pakistan routinly calls india a hindu country, we have to prove the enemy wrong.

Lefts are opportunists and power hungry.Last time they enjoyed the power for 41/2 yrs and 6 months before the elections withdrew the support of the govt just to show the people that they are much concerned to their policies. As though they were not knowing about what congress will be doing. This time also they will support the congress and will say that to keep BJP out of power they sacrificed their ideology.People are not the fools my dear comrades.
